We can’t recommend Scott enough. We weren't sure whether we were ready to buy our first house in the Austin market, but we met with Scott and explained our reservations. It was fantastic working with Scott! He was first class from the start when he sat down with us to find out our home preferences and the areas that we were looking to rent. From there, he was willing to tour multiple houses with us a day until we found the perfect home. Once we decided on the house we'd like to rent, he helped us communicate with the landlord to get the lease terms that were most beneficial to us and the home owner. Scott did an outstanding job of assisting us in purchasing an investment property. Scott was the best relator we have ever worked with. He was extremely responsive to us and listened to all our needs we had in a house. He updated our compass website constantly with new listings and acted fast when we saw something we liked to get us into the house, sometimes even prior to open houses. Having bought our primary home in Austin a long time ago we were unprepared for how changed and competitive the market was but Scott was extremely patient with us. I had a great experience selling my home with Scott, from day one he explained everything and gave an idea of what the timeline for the sale of the house was going to be. Scott is very knowledgeable, he will work with you as far as your needs as a seller (in my case). He responds quickly to phone calls, messages/emails and even meetings to get things moving promptly. I was introduced to Scott via my brother who used Scott as his realtor. I met him while we went to go see my brother's new house. Within just minutes, and with my brother speaking so highly of him, I decided to refer him to my friend who was looking to buy a house. She also thought he was great. So naturally when it became my time to purchase my own home, using Scott was a no brainer. He has been absolutely incredible and my go to person throughout my entire process.
