I love coming here. As soon as we checked in, we were greeted by the front desk lady and she was so sweet.

We came from Dallas TX and we drove 9hrs. Extremely tiring. We got to the hotel at 2pm and we were able to check in early and the front desk lady made sure the room was clean! I slept like a baby. Thank you so much for everything!

Victoria at the bar was amazing and attentive. Thank you for making myself and my company with a 5 star service. Food was great and the beer cold. See you soon again.

It's a great Hilton group hotel for a long business stay trip. Full kitchen facilities with grocery place(Publix) nearby. Self-help laundry service and other facilities. 24-hour coffee corner and a decent restaurant and bar next to the hotel lobby. It's a pet-friendly hotel.
Overall, it's a good service apartment for business/holiday trips.
(Note: No coin changing machine at laundry room, need to source for your own quarters, reception does not have enough and have to drive up to nearest Laundromat to change for quarters)

All of the ladies (Doreen, Carla, Destiny, Latoya, and Shavanna) at the front desk are awesome, very helpful, and informative! Ms. Shannon at the bar has the best attitude, is very sweet, and can make some really good drinks! Every time we are in town we will stay here!

We like using this chain when we have to stay at a hotel with our whole family. We like the separate living room and the curtain to separate bed from couch. Gets our kids to sleep without us having to be in the dark. Nice hotel and I really appreciated the parking in the city without having to use a parking deck.

I stayed at Home2 Suites while my dad was in the hospital. We were here for two weeks. The staff was incredible. They were so kind and helped us without complaint each time we needed to extend our stay.
Two staff members that stand out are Amanda and Jeremy. They were awesome!

Very nice room and comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay if you are seeing a show at the BJCC, quick uber trip to the show then into town for an after drink.

I reserved a double queen in this newly built hotel for my wife and my daughter, who was having surgery at Children's, which is two-three blocks away.

I had trouble reaching the front desk by phone for early check-in. Between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. is when the phone would ring until it just stopped after about a minute. Happened 2 more times, I believe. I just went on to the hotel and waited in line.

There really needs to be an additional staff member for checking in...and at the bar/dining room.

I don't fault the service; the staff have been awesome. It appears more of a management issue. The long lines registering and long waiting times at the dining room/bar negatively affect customer satisfaction and hotel profit/sales.

The room is awesome, allowing for my entire family of 6 to sleep on a bed, had we needed room for 6. Maintenance and room cleaning service personnel are so friendly and efficient.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great! The room was nice and very clean.

I loved everything about this place. Miss Michelle at the front desk was extremely helpful. She navigated me through the hotel as well as local hotspots in the downtown area. The room was absolutely comfortable. The floors were clean. The bathroom was spotless, and I enjoyed the comfortability of the bed and the pillows. This looks like it's going to be our new getaway spot.

Very nice hotel and awesome staff. All were very helpful and attentive, a quality not often found at hotels. Jeremy stood out because of his situational awareness of all guest in the area, not just the one standing in front of him. He is a great asset to Home 2. Definite will stay here again.

Hotel was great me and my wife really enjoyed our stay the breakfast in the morning was delicious the staff was welcoming and friendly and helpful the room was nice and spacious and clean definitely will be staying again when needing a hotel in Birmingham.

I've stayed at probably 60 different Hilton Hotels. This location and the staff was by far the best service I've ever, received from staff member by any hilton hotel

Great value clean hotel with courteous staff. Conveniently close to everything in downtown. Would stay again!

We stayed for two nights for medical care for my youngest child. The room and hotel were clean. The front desk staff were all kind and friendly. The check-in process was smooth and easy. We paid for the on-site parking lot and that was easy to access. My only criticisms are the luggage carts were small and not great for larger families and the onsite restaurant wasn't remarkable. Those are very minor issues. Otherwise, it was a good hotel in a good location. Breakfast each morning was your standard hotel breakfast. We utilized Instacart and pizza delivery for other meals. There were other families with special needs kids and disabled loved ones there too. The staff was wonderful and accommodating and helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back. It felt safe and met our needs.

Michelle runs the front desk and she’s top notch. Very helpful and able to multitask with a smile on her face. Very clean hotel with a nice lobby area. (Breakfast was just ok). Thanks so much Michelle for your hard work on guest experience!

I was so impressed with the staff at Home2Suites downtown Birmingham. Everyone was welcoming and spoke to you when you saw them. Didn’t matter who the employee was— the asked if you needed anything and always with a smile. My room was very nice, clean and spacious and was awesome for me to work. I loved that we had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and sink. This made it easy for my husband and I who have strict dietary needs. The amenities were very nice and the hotel is kept very clean. I will definitely stay here again! I want to especially thank the young lady at the front desk who checked my family and I in earlier in the morning. She really went the extra mile and I appreciate her for this. It was 8:15 am in the morning - you rock! 😀

Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Open and spacious parking lot and secured by room key. Continental breakfast was very good and had alot of options. Highly recommend staying here if traveling to Children's hospital or UAB eye care as both as within walking distance from hotel.
