Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Downtown

Stayed here for a quick weekend. Room was VERY nice and clean. Service was great. Parking was convenient. $15/day. I booked through a third party and wasn't aware. It was no biggie. Would definitely recommend!!!

My father was getting treatment at UAB Hospital. GM and Staff was very rude and unprofessional. The Members are treated differently from others. $20 for breakfast is absurd when when you pay $200+ for a stay.

The staff was amazing; the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment.

This is my favorite business hotel in Birmingham. Adrienne Wyatt and the whole staff provide friendly and attentive services. Rooms are clean and breakfast choices reasonable. Dinner could be better.

My husband & I stayed here Saturday for the blake shelton concert. The front desk lady was very nice and the room was clean. I enjoyed my stay here. I do think their $15 self parking fee is ridiculous but whatever.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice, spacious, and quiet on the 5th floor. I do wish they had room service since that would really streamline my morning, but they do have a restaurant downstairs which is helpful.

Loved our stay at the Hilton. Being so close to where our daughter's college graduation was convenient. Besides being extremely clean we really enjoyed being able to bring our fur babies with us as dogs were more than welcomed. The free continental breakfast was an added bonus.

My family and I stayed a few nights, both myself and my partner were pleasantly surprised by how nice, and accommodating the people at the front desk were. We dealt with several front desk employees but one really stuck out to me. Yolanda was incredibly sweet, so easy to talk to, and just overall a bubbly person. She makes sure to treat you like she would any family member and had there not been a pandemic, I would have given this woman a big hug.

The hotel in and of itself was very well maintained, the breakfasts are great, and the hotel is pretty central to a lot of other food options, hospitals, and a great little coffee shop. It also had a very nice gym for anyone needing to get in a small workout to keep up with their daily regimen. 10/10 will be staying here again.

We loved our stay. The hotel was clean. The only downside was I had to ask for a set of towels 3 different times within 20 hours and the room was not equipped with a safe. Other than that, every thing was great.

This Hotel is very People oriented. The Staff is amazing and it's very clean and has all the amenities you desire when staying away from home

My family came to Birmingham for a two night stay while we were attending the AHSAA State Championship game. We stayed in the two queen beds room with a tub on the 5th floor. The room overlooked a couple of buildings but it was a nice view to see some of the local businesses. We saw many apartments in the area from our window view. The room was nice and quiet and the hotel was as well (except for our children lol). There were double dark room shades in the room to ensure the daylight would not disturb our sleep.

The tub was spacious and the room had a very nice long table to utilize. There was a mini fridge, microwave and keurig that were nice to have. The room was clean upon arrival and our check in was nice, quick and convenient thanks to the mobile app.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even when they were very busy, they made sure the experience was nice. They went over and above to ensure our comfort.

My room was excellent and very comfortable. Cleanliness was a top priority for the hotel and was super nice with the the COVID these days. I normally wouldn't be traveling but I had to for my sons surgery. It was good knowing I had somewhere that takes the time and has pride in what they are doing! Thank you Hilton...

It’s either new or recently renovated. Good location. Worth the price. Rooms are great, extra clean. Downstairs breakfast is NOT complementary; it’s $12.95 (quick math tells us that’s twelve dollars and ninety-five cents MORE than complementary). If you know anything about money, you’ll quickly understand the significance of this fact. Staff are friendly and professional. No covered parking. Enjoyed my stay. Also, breakfast isn’t free.

I stayed there for work last week and we used a couple of the meeting rooms. All the employees were super accommodating and courteous. The maids did an amazing job cleaning my room in the week that I was there. They even lined up my shoes! I would highly recommend this place and I thank the staff for making a week away from home a little easier!

The Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Birmingham was a convenient location for my business trip. The room and public areas of the hotel were clean and neat. The hotel looks new and modern, and the exterior and interior were well kept. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was convenient and delicious. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I appreciate that parking was included and not an extra cost. I highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn!

Excellent service! Rooms were clean and inviting. Welcome staff was beyond helpful with check-in. Morning breakfast had minimal variety but was delicious nonetheless! The fast free WiFi and fridge accommodations we're a huge bonus.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Every member of the staff we ran into from the valet to the desk staff was totally friendly and helpful. The property was new and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. The pillows and mattresses were upscale. Bathrooms were all modern fixtures and shower enclosures. Neutrogena products provided.

The TV was very large, and the room furniture was comfortable. They had a decently stocked hotel store with soft drinks a few selections of beer and wine and plenty of snacks.

This property is very close to the UAB hospital system. Like across the street close.

Road Warriors and casual travelers would find this place equally suitable to their needs. Nothing negative at all comes to mind from this hotel. Highly recommended.
