Was able to call, get my service appointment set up after I explained to the young lady what my issue was, all in a matter of 5 minutes or less. Tech came out, by the way, was very knowledgeable, and cool. He assessed the situation, made the repair and was out the door. Probably the best company I’ve dealt with, and I’ve had a few….. Definitely gonna use Drain Werks again….

Josh and Cody came out to my house to clean out a drain. They did an awesome job, they explained the full process and showed me all the plumbing issues I had. These two guys are truly customer inspired and they make Drain Werks a pleasure to do business with. If there ever was a standard to go by these two are it, high quality work.

The gentlemen that came from drain week were very professional. They explained the job that needed to be done so that it was extremely easy for me to understand. He gave me a price and explained how long it would take to repair the plumbing problem. I would highly recommend Drain Werks to anyone with a plumbing problem. Drain Werks re-set a toilet and replaced inside tank parts. Very professional. Cleaned up after completing. Explained repairs. Worked quickly. I would use again and I recommend if you are in need of a plumber. Oh, and came the same day I called, no wait time. I believe his name was Joseph.

The two gentlemen who repaired the in-ground leaking copper pipe are top notch. They did an excellent job. They also replaced my ancient water pressure valve. I appreciated the food advice they have me. In super pleased with Drain Werks. And I'm very pleased with the Total cost too.

The company sent out some wonderful gentleman to help me with a clogged toilet. They pulled out the camera and quickly assessed the situation and had my pipes clear and my water running fully within 45 minutes. Everyone with this company was awesome. The lady in the office who took the work order was very nice and understood my problem. The workers called an hour or so earlier than scheduled and said that they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come on early. I said sure. They were very professional and polite. Had my problem fixed in a short time. Would recommend this firm to anyone who may need a plumber.

The men were very polite, friendly, informative, and worked efficiently! I feel the price I paid for the repair was fair as well! I would absolutely call them again, should I ever need plumbing services!

I called at 6:45 am with an urgent issue and someone answered the phone immediately. Exceptional customer service! They got someone out here within a couple of hours and Andrew was so knowledgeable and helpful and my problem turned out not to be a big deal. Will always call Drain Werks and ask for Andrew any time I have a plumbing issue.

Drain Werks was easy to schedule with. Employees were super nice and the problem with my sink drainage was solved within an hour. Their hourly rate was reasonable and considerably less than the last plumber I had. I would recommend them for a job well done.

Cody & Josh were very professional. They came to my house, looked at everything I told them about, did their inspection and explained everything perfectly to me. These guys are down to earth and very kind and trustworthy.

I bought a new dishwasher and I had to have a new connection put in before they could install it. While they were here they installed a new facet and sprayers on my sink and diagnostic my problems with my water pressure. And found I need to replace my prv so now waiting on an estimate to get that replaced. Hunter and Blake were a pleasure to work with and they were very professional

Jackson came out and was super friendly and was very professional. Got the job done in no time and I had water again! Even showed me the broken pipe, will do business with them again!

Nolan and Josh did a fantastic job fixing a busted water pipe in my bathroom wall. They were knowledgeable and patiently explained the issue and how it needed to be repaired. FYI, I cut the Sheetrock locating the problem before they arrived.

Drain works staff was excellent. They were very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and when they were finished it was perfectly cleaned up. They explained what they found and what may be needed in the future. I give them wonderful reviews.

Around the holidays, I reported a leaking kitchen faucet. Nolan and another guy came the next day; both were friendly. My sink and faucet are black, so finding a replacement was a chore. I knew there weren't many options in stock, but I trusted them to choose one. After they left, I realized that the handle didn't fully extend for hot water without rubbing the tile behind the sink. After reporting this issue, Eli came to replace it with a better fitting faucet that I had ordered during the interim. He was polite and professional and finished after forty-five minutes +/- . Drain Werks made the situation right -- no service call charge, and I also received a refund for the initial faucet. Thank you!

I really like this company. This is the second time I have needed them to work on our home system. First, they called as they were headed my way. Joseph and Tom arrived soon after that call. Drain Werks had given me a quote and these guys did everything according to that quote. They walked me through all the work. Excellent work, they made my home system better. If I ever need a plumber again I will be calling Drain Werks.

This was a wonderful experience and very efficient. They gave me worst case to best case scenario to prepare me of the range of what we were working on. It turned out to be the best case scenario. I would hire them again.
