In the middle of our road trip to our fathers funeral in New Orleans we broke down in Steele. Called Mercedes dealership and was told couldn’t get to our car for a week. Called Birmingham Benz and said bring her in. We got towed and Paul fixed our ML350 in a few hours so we could get to our fathers funeral on time. Was the best experience ever. Excellent and professional service. They went over and above all expectations Love them

Straight shooting, quick turnaround.
No Star software machine, but if you have a less than new vehicle Paul will give it a shot.
Somehow he missed the memo on a requirement to be either condescending or a convivial thief that most Fatherland mechanics seem to have.

Paul and his guys know their stuff. He's done a ton of work for me, and it's always quality work at half the price of the dealer. If you want an old school mechanic who eats and sleeps and breathes these cars, this is your guy. He knows a Benz inside and out, and makes sure the work is right. A good honest mechanic is hard to find, so I'm glad I found this one.
