Super cute shop! I will go here for all my jewelry needs going forward. I love these earrings I bought. They look expensive but they are made out of plastic and I love that. I’m not a fan of heavy earrings these days but I feel classy wearing these.

Charm is my favorite place to shop for gifts. Chat, the owner, is a fabulous jewelry maker and artist with an eye for detail. She's always ready to talk and tell you all that you need to know about the delightful treasures you find there. If you're looking for a gift, she'll ask you about the recipient and help you pick out the perfect item. Chat has a way of making you feel like you are her favorite customer, even if she's just met you. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Charm to anyone looking for something unique and beautiful.

One of my favorite stores in Birmingham! Every piece in the store in gorgeous. I don't feel like anything is over-priced. And I don't think I've gone in more than a handful of times without buying something; I adore the turquoise pieces she carries. If the owner, Chatham, is in, be sure to ask her about your favorite item - she's happy to share the story behind the piece!

Charm is, hands down, my favorite shop in Birmingham. The owner is friendly and vivacious, and genuinely cares about her community. She caters to a wide variety of styles, all in the best of taste. I've never had trouble finding something to love! Chatham, the owner, is always helpful and will work with you to find exactly the piece you're looking for, whether it's something for you or a gift for someone else. I've never had anything but a happy experience in Charm!

This is my absolutely favorite place in Birmingham to buy jewelry! Every time I go in there are so many new and cute items! The owner is such an interesting, funny, talented woman and I enjoy talking with her as much as shopping in her store. Birmingham is lucky to have such a special shop!

FAVORITE vintage and quirky trinket shop in Birmingham. Love the mix of new and old items. Their Instagram is a great way to check in on all of the new items they are getting in. Beautifully citrates. The store itself has some of the most interesting merchandising! Love the decor and set up of the displays with found items to make each section feel unique and special. This is a must shop when you are downtown!

Charm is a fantastic local shop packed with jewelry that ranges from quirky and eclectic to dainty and pretty to bold and statement-making. Walking into the shop seems like walking into a jewelry box -- it's bright and jewel-toned with interesting, fun pieces in every facet of the store.

The owner of this shop is usually here, and she's worked as a stylist, so she has great taste. She's really helpful in helping to find pieces that fit your personal style and look, and she's also very good at finding gifts for other people -- just show her a picture of the person you want to buy for and tell her a few things about them, and she'll find a perfect gift.

There's a good range of prices at Charm, too -- you can find trinkets for around $10, and you can invest something that lasts longer, too. Jewelry cases lining the walls hold all kinds of unique pieces, some from local artists.

Charm also carries a range of accessories like bags and purses, some stationary, and sometimes candles and really small housewares -- most of these are on the quirky and funny side.

Located on 2nd Avenue North just across the street from Urban Standard, Charm is definitely worth a quick trip.

Not only is the merchandise unique,but so is the proprietor. If you haven't shopped at Charm, you've missed a treat. Made several purchases including a cute handbag with it's own special name by Chatham. Just plain fun.

Charm is a great store. If your personality comes from a box and you aren't remotely interesting, this store might not appeal to you. Otherwise, Charm is a great place with fantastic atmosphere and unique stock. You won't find anything like it anywhere in the region.
