I really thought the receptionist was very nice and professional and I really enjoyed my counselor. I don't understand why so many rude remarks about this place, I loved it.

Every appointment has been called an confirmation was made clear by front desk...Dr is regulating my sons meds their counselor comes to my home to see my son on time an calls if late...they are very polite an caring. Not sure of these other reviews but for our experience so far all have been great

Kind , sincere, care. The receptionist, counselors and doctors have really made me feel comfortable and hope of getting better. They also take Medicaid. Psychiatrist that take Medicaid are now far and few in between.. I want to thank them for their care.....

Specifically doctor Meagan Carson goes out of her way to withhold medication because from her words she believes in holistic solutions as opposed to medication. The front desk is not able to contact doctors and are not willing to try. I have been waiting for a script to be called in for 2 months and there is no sign that this issue will be resolved. They have also filled my medications for the wrong dosages multiple times. I do not understand if it is incompetence or if it is actually intentionally withholding medications and proper care. The therapists have all been extremely helpful. However I say that the therapists do try their best to help but with terrible doctors there is not much that can be done.

Their services are horrible. The communication is awful within the office and between the staff and patients. They don't returns calls, respond to the pharmacy requests after the docs send prescriptions in incorrectly. Walgreens tried to reach out to Doc for a month with no response; I had to get my daughter's pediatrician to send in the correct dosage for the prescribed medication. This center is very disorganized and unprofessional.

I've held off posting a review because I don't like to post negative comments but this is important. My son was seen in the Mobile office. He has both BCBS and medicaid which I was told by the office staff that they accept. They said they would file BCBS first as it's his primary, then medicaid. I would have to pay the BCBS copay up front and when they file medicaid, be reimbursed. BCBS paid the claim over a month ago and according to AL medicaid no claim has been made. That's $70 (2visits) out of pocket that I wasn't planning on right at Christmas time. Maybe not a lot for some, but it could make or break others.

HORRIBLE service. Do NOT go there. Anywhere but there honestly. I’ve had nothing BUT problems since the new “staff” has came in. Very VERY unprofessional with poor management. Went for numerous appts that THEY called & said over the phone, would get there & they would say appt was at such & such time (an hour earlier from arrival) or there wasn’t an appt at all & we couldn’t be seen. My kids missed multiple school days (for no reason most times because of bad business) & they wouldn’t make appts past 11 am on any day because horrible business & beyond disgusting attitudes & actions. . My kids are being transferred to another center immediately, coming from their pediatrician.

Doctors don't stay for long and the one for the adults refuses to do an online appointment but insists you come into the office to do an conference call from a room there. It's something I could do from home exactly the same. My medication was changed and she apparently couldn't read my chart that she should have had sitting right in front of her. The receptionists are usually great. I will be looking for a new psychiatrist. Seriously do not recommend

This facility is ridiculous; the front desk receptionist is extremely unprofessional and needs customer service training. The receptionist does not consider the children's best interest, yet acts as if it entertaining to her to keep you on hold for a long time, do not deliver messages to physicians, or return calls. Staff members need to be informed this is a child mental health organization and losing appointments, not returning calls, and even informing inaccurate information regarding your insurance to the point where the insurance denied more visits here. I DO NOT recommend a child, teen, or even adult should go here for help. It is pathetic. You can call weeks at a time for a refill and finally get a call for an appointment that is completely an inconvenience; their therapists are leaving left and right. THIS IS AWFUL!!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE; MEDICINES NEEDED FOR SCHOOL WILL ALWAYS BE DELAYED CAUSING ISSUE FOR YOUR CHILD TEACHER BECAUSE YOUR CHILD IS NOT AT HIS/HER BEST.

This place is a freaking joke. They are very unorganized Always cancelling the children's Dr appointments, or schedules them and when you get there They didn't write them on the list to be seen. This has a terrible impact on children with disabilities that has to have their medicine. Not to mention the lady hung up in my face when I requested the psychiatrist to call me, Which the Dr is awesome once you actually get to see him and tell him all the front has been doing. Understand the Dr has no idea just no shows unless you bring it to his attention

Went for my child's first appt today and when I got there I was told they took the appt off the books because I didn't confirm the appt the day before. The woman at the front desk claimed she called all day several times the day before, when I checked my phone I had one missed call from them, which wasnt a number I would immediately recognize, at 3 PM and left no voicemail. So unprofessional. As for the place itself, we didn't go further than the front desk but you could tell it was not clean like you would hope and I have no other way to explain it except as ghetto. This isn't a food pantry or govt office, you would hope it would at least seem sanitary but it didn't. Dirty floors and dirt all over the walls. We'll be finding a new place to get my child services.

They evaluated my daughter and after 2 months still haven't gotten to me about her results. I really feel like this clinic is a scam. I haven't had any accurate results and my daughter needs real counseling.

The front desk is a joke! Like others have said they get your appointments confused. When they call to confirm they never leave a message they just take you off the books so, we had to reschedule then she sched me wrong. I called to confirm and she said I missed a app and I wasn’t on the books I said NO I resched due to you guys taking me off the books and she said oh I see you at 3:20... no ma’am I have a 4 she said we have someone in that spot...hummmmm I was in that spot ma’am but thank you.
If the Dr wasn’t nice I would not come here. Once before they couldn’t get my insurance in...for what reason I don’t know....but she kept telling me I didn’t have insurance and like ma’am you say this every time I come.
