Steven Bailey and his crew did an AMAZING job on our roof!! He worked hard behind the scenes to make it as easy as possible for us. He suggested the best type and color for our house. It looks stunning! He went above and beyond to provide the VERY BEST customer service I could imagine!! I would highly recommend him and Cardinal Roofing over and over!!

I was impressed with Mary Margaret who was a referral, I was told that her was nice and knew her business. She kept me informed about the process. The worker came worked all day and got it done, they cleaned up that day and came back the next day to clean up what they missed. I would recommend 👌 them to anyone who needs a roof, and I left the sign in my yard.

We had a top notch experience with Cardinal Roofing during our roof replacement. Mary-Margaret is the absolute best at breaking down every aspect of the process, was very patient during the many questions my wife and I had during the presentation. She was responsive, answered my phone calls/texts in a timely manner and was very pleasant & kind everytime. She is a very valuable asset to the company. I would definitely recommend Cardinal and specifically Mary-Margaret; she was an absolute gem!!
(The roofing crew arrived on time the day of the installation and were very respectful, professional, and efficient. When they left for the day, one would not have known that the roof had been replaced, since they cleaned up every shingle and other debris then throughly swept the grounds for stray nails.) The annoyance I felt, when I first saw the leaks in my attic, was immediately replaced with relief once I spoke with my representative, Will Reese. Will was with me every step of the way - from being present when meeting with an inspector, to providing quick and affordable solutions and finally, providing amazing follow-ups by sending me photos of my roof repairs within minutes of their completion. I’m grateful for his help and would recommend Cardinal to anyone with roofing needs.

Cardinal Roofing put a new roof on my house. Jason Smith and his team were fantastic every step of the way. They were prompt, direct, and clear, and I never felt I was being pressured to have the job done or to do something fancier. The work with thorough and beautifully done, and the cleanup was perfect. Even after the job was over, they came back twice to explain the work that ha done and to answer final questions an do touchups on some paint that was exposed under removed facia. Highly recommended.

Jason handled a roof replacement for our company and went above and beyond in making sure it went smoothly. The project was rather complicated since it was atop a 10-story apartment building. There were multiple logistical challenges: getting a crane, finding a suitable spot on a neighboring property for the crane, coordinating the installation team to be in and out in 2 days to complete the job, etc. Jason managed the project and made it completely stress free for us. We have done multiple roofing projects with Cardinal and plan to continue doing so.

A few years back I needed some roof repairs done and, after making several calls, I decided to contract with Cardinal Roofing for the job. The communication, from start to finish, exceeded my expectations. The work was performed in a timely manner, the job site was left in a tidy condition, the price was fair, and it does not leak. Recently, I had to have some additional repairs done, basically re-roofing the opposite slope of the building, and so I called Cardinal Roofing back and asked for Jerome, who handled all the logistics the last time. Jerome represents CR very well. His communication is very good and, once again, the work was done timely, neatly, and for a fair price. There have been a few heavy rains since this recent repair, and there are no leaks. I highly recommend Cardinal Roofing.

My mother needed her roof looked at and I was referred to Cardinal Roofing. Brandenn was so helpful and honest. Very professional and prompt. He was so nice to my mother and I. I definitely recommend them.

Even after I, dragging out the initial start date expected Cardinal to give up on me they never did but did so patiently. It's not often the final invoice is $2000 less than the original estimate when they could have easily charged and I would be none the wiser. They finished in one day and I've had to clean up nothing. Biggest reason I'd use Cardinal again is they don't try to cover up or hide behind false promises, they deliver on everything they say upfront. Only posted one pic that shows the blue tint and the blue drip edge really makes it pop. Once the house and trim is repainted the curb appeal alone will put more than what i spent with Cardinal back in my pocket. This is one bird I'd not let fly away when choosing your next roof.
