Magic City Dentistry

First I want to start with everyone I came into contact with was very nice and helpful starting with the young lady working the front desk(sorry I cant remember her name). But shout out to Emily for making me feel comfortable from the time she started helping me. You can tell she is genuine in what she does. I was a ball of nerves from bad experiences at other dental offices but Dr. Carson was awesome. Yes dental health can be expensive that's everywhere. But good service is priceless. Its a very cute open office, Netflix is a option, blankets are available but the icing on the cake for me was when Emily gave me a single use warm towel to clean my face after my extraction. I have never been to a dentist office with so much thought into the small things. Cant wait to start my new dental plan with them.

I'm anxious when it comes to seeing the dentist. Ok real talk, I was a mess! The ladies held my hands and wiped my tears. The dentist, Dr. Carson, was very gentle with me. He and the staff talked to me throughout the whole percedure which was very comforting to me. I was giving a thorough exam and they patiently answered my many, many questions. I like that and I like them. I will recommend them to others as I myself was recommended to them by a friend.

Outstanding service. Showed up with a same day appointment and hour earlier. I was called to the back within 15 minutes. Pricing is what you expect for no insurance so absolutely no issue with that. Everyone was nice. Went in for a tooth extraction and here I am the day after no swelling, and no major pain. Thanks!!! They took care of me me when my regular dentist told me they couldn’t pull my tooth that day. I’m beyond grateful because I was in extreme pain.

The staff and office were very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Priut was very thorough and created an environment that enabled me to relax and participate in my care. This was my first time visiting and it was an emergency. However, he has gained a client in my forever. Thank you Magic City Dentistry!

Magic City Dentistry provides a relaxing, positive experience especially for those who have anxiety about dentist visits. There is a TV in each patient room with Netflix available + blankets to help ease any nerves. Both Dr. Pruitt and the Dental Hygienist I saw (Emily) were kind and attentive.

I recently had an appointment at MCD it was amazing.They have a welcoming atmosphere. The receptionists at the front were really nice and helpful. Dr.Carson and his dental assistant was super informative, very thorough, and made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Hello all! What can I say? Magic City Dentistry is a magical place. I absolutely loved my experience there for my new patient visit. My hygienist Donna Leigh was top notch and talked to me the entire time! I love good conversation as well as her explaining in detail everything that was going on. She truly has a gift like no other, it’s all over her. You don’t meet genuine people everyday, but you guys rock! I can’t wait to come back!

I had an exceptional first visit to MCD! The environment was comfortable and everyone was inviting. The hygienist and dentist were professional and thorough. If I had to say anything, maybe the music was a little… bouncy, like nail salon vibes ;) but we rocked it anyway.

I have been going to MCD for 3 years now and every visit has been great! Despite my clean bill of health for some reason the dentist office has always been a fear for me and I always dread going but every time I leave MCD I’m smiling BIG. My dental hygienist Celenia is Awesome and caring she makes sure that I’m comfortable during my visit and most importantly she helps me manage my dental hygiene to the best. I will definitely recommend this Dentistry and give them 10 ⭐. Customer service is on point and the vibes are so good in there from the art work, to the overhead music, the streaming movie options while your getting your dental cleaning and work performed, the hot face towels after your service, and the upbeat of Dentist when he comes in at the end …. I love it there ❤ Keep up the Good Work

Excellent service. Always nice and polite. They have public chargers for your phone AND WARM TOWELS for your face! Almost feels like a spa... for your teeth lol 😆

Awesome experience! Staff made me feel welcome and were pleasant! Office is not your typical dentist office! The atmosphere is serene and welcoming! Decor is vibrant and modern! I really enjoyed my 1st visit and will definitely be a returning patient!

“Experience Something Different” The moment you walk in the door you’re greeted with the most pleasant smiles, which complements their warm and welcoming environment. Overflowing with complimentary items, soothing music, and an abundance like no other. I had to remind myself I was in a dentist office. I am impressed and pleased with the cleaning and treatment plan received. Do yourself a favor and book a cleaning and prove me wrong. I highly recommend MCD! I’ve been going to the dentist since I was 2 I’m 35+ and have had some complications before, but to have 100% satisfaction is a true rare for me when it comes to a dentist appointment. I felt no pain during my cleaning, she was f-a-s-t and through, provided tips and complimented me on how well I was keeping my teeth clean. I have a phenomenal time and a remarkable experience. Wow! That sums up my experience! From the front desk to the back, everything exceeded my expectations. I am so terrified of the dentist but I’ve never felt at ease when going to a dentist like I do now. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment and I’ve never felt that way. The team and the doctor was very professional, they showed empathy , took their time and explained everything that they planned to do. The music was soothing and I was also offered a blanket to keep me warm. I’m in love with Magic City Dentistry! I’m so excited to see what’s to come in making my smile more beautiful.
