Timeless Roofing was offering free roof inspections in my neighborhood and knocked on my door at the perfect time. I had already had two different companies out in the preceding weeks to look at a small repair job, a hole about the size of a fist. I was waiting on their estimates when Jared and his team knocked.

After inspecting the roof, they provided an estimate at my front door, which also noted a few other small issues they found. We scheduled the work for the next week. Taylor made the repairs and was incredibly helpful.

One company got back with me a few weeks after Timeless had already completed the job, and the other never responded. I guess they were disappointed it wasn’t going to be a bigger job or a full replacement. We will definitely think of Timeless Roofing for all of our future roofing needs.

I woke up to a leak after all the Spring storms and searched on BBB for roofing companies. By far, Timeless was not only the best communicator, but Austin arrived when he promised (and this was also during the crazy tornado aftermaths), did a thorough roof inspection, and was able to provide a reasonable repair on the spot for two minor issues. He even went above and beyond and repaired a recent "seal" done by the chimney company a few weeks earlier, for no added charge.

These guys were so helpful with some repairs to my roof! They were through and helped me diagnose the problem (pesky kitchen ceiling leak that cam out of nowhere!) They are responsive and work well together as a team to take care of all the needs of their clients.
