Large gravel parking lot with plenty of room to park. Multiple buildings with no signage to know where to go. Inside is very clean. Great quality used parts. Parts are clean. Easy to order parts.

Everything was fine. They were very polite and professional. They handled the covid-19 restrictions very professionally. The employees of the transmission I purchased directly into my truck.

I would recommend always checking the tie downs as soon as your off site. There was only one strap around the unit and the pallet and it slipped allowing the transmission to come loose.

Who ever hired Gavin is my hero. Gavin always shoots you straight. Very honest guy. He brings a smile to my face no matter how bad of a day I am having. I really like this place especially when l don't feel like pulling my own parts. The parts locator service is second to none. Great pricing and 6 month Warranty where others only give 7, 30, or 45 days on used parts. Hardly ever have to wait in line.
