I couldn't say nicer things about the automotive service guys! I always dread taking my car to the shop, but they were friendly and helpful from the time I came in to the time I left! Definitely a 10/10 experience and I will be back for sure!! I can't believe I haven't took my car to them sooner!

They really help me and got me in my 2023 Hyundai sonata, before the day was out! I was really thinking I would have to be on the used car side!! Thanks to Samariha Harvey🤣not sure if I spelt it correctly but she's such a sweetie.... y'all go and see my girl.

So great to deal with. Josh was so great to work with along with the new hire Ashley. She is so personable.

Not quite sure what to say about the place they fixed on my Jeep like a month ago and I had to return it but from what my husband says this should be the last time I take it there because there was some recall parts that's supposed to be replaced so hopefully they fix the issues and I will have to return again.

Everything was great. Maybe good to let first timers know the process of driving up to service bay and wait in line for Hyundai and Genesis.

The people here do a really good job. The service tech explained everything that needed to be done to my car and told me how much it would cost. They offer a local shuttle and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. Prices were kinda high, just like all other car dealerships. Would recommend them to anyone.

I'm very pleased with this location! They didn't stop until they found out what was wrong with my car. Most dealership will push u off but not Jim burke.....I appreciate everyone for helping me, being patience and really taking time out to make sure my needs were met. Again, Thank you!

Awesome experience!!! I had to take my Genesis in due to the paint starting to chip. Mr. Pickle (Service Manager) took ownership of the situation. He worked with my schedule to get my vehicle back to the body shop as well as providing me a loaner vehicle for the duration I was without my vehicle.

Parts department was extremely helpful in pulling from inventory one of only 3 parts in US for airbag sensor for 2004 Hyundai. Drove from Atl to Birm to get the part . Trans was smooth and greatly appreciated.

I had a great experience with the Jim Burke used cars. My salesman Donald Harris was very professional and courteous. This was my first experience but it will not be my last. I bought a 05 Camry with low mileage and rides like it just came out off the assembly line. I will most definently be back for future purchases!

I had a recall on my Jeep Patriot. The service was excellent, they came and picked my vehicle from my apt and informed me of the work completed in a timely manner. I’m going to pick it up now.

I can't say enough about the awesome staff in the Jim Burke Hyundai service department. Rusty has been very attentive to my automotive needs. When there was a way to hold the manufacturer's accountable for repairs associated with their recall, the service manager had no problem going to bat for me. Although my first impression of this establishment was not a good one, my final impression is the one that REALLY COUNTS! I feel so blessed that these were the guys: Rusty, Eddie and Justin that tended to my 2013 Hyundai Sonata and me when my car just STOPPED RUNNING on the interstate. It took about a month to get my car fixed right, but I am proud to say we are on the road again!!!

Great sales reps that work for you and do everything possible to make sure you have a great buying experience. They have a great deal of lenders that they work with making buying a car simple and easy. They don’t sugarcoat it and they do what they say. Great people and great buying experience! Before you go with someone else, do your homework and give them a shot.

This is the only place I take my Subaru Outback! I’ve been going here over 20 yrs and always get great service from nice folks.

My eldest cousin Robert Bell and his beautiful bosses took really great care of me.i am extremely happy with their professionalism and expertise. I will keep referring people there that deserve a wonderful experience as I have!!!!
