I stumbled on this dealership when I found a Facebook listing for one of their cars, a very clean 2002 Acura TL Type-S. I went to go look at it one morning and, despite having a rebuilt title as all their cars do, it seemed to pretty much be all in order except for an alignment. We were unable to reach a deal that day, but I came back a day later. Andrew helped work the car into my budget and was honest and upfront the entire way. I ended up purchasing the vehicle.

However, the same day I got it, the temperature gauge spiked and wouldn't go down despite the car not overheating. This tripped the check engine light. I told them about the issue, and they told me to bring it down so they could fix it. The next morning, I picked it up and the issue was resolved.

Typically, dealerships that sell these kinds of cars are shady and generally will do the least amount of work possible to sell a car. However, it was a breath of fresh air working with Andrew and the team at Northside. Should something happen to this car, I will definitely look at their inventory first before going somewhere else, and I highly recommend doing business with them.

I rarely review my experiences on any social media platforms but I believed this deserved to be shared. I purchased an E-Class convertible and traveled from Dallas, TX to Birmingham, Alabama to acquire the vehicle. We conducted price negotiations over the phone. Iman, the owner, displayed exceptional professionalism. He even went the extra mile by picking me up at the airport. Throughout the entire process, he maintained transparency and provided me with all the receipts for the various OEM parts he used to repair the car, which had been involved in a semi-serious accident. Everything was fixed correctly and in proper order.

When I took the car to Mercedes for a checkup (back to Dallas), they identified some leakage issues. It's important to note that these problems were unrelated to the accident. This highlights a crucial point: Northside purchases cars that have been totaled, repairs them, and then resells them. It's reasonable to expect that there might be some issues unrelated to the reason for the car being totaled. However, this process allows you to save a substantial amount of money compared to purchasing a similar car with a clean title.

Iman shared with me that he is meticulous in his vehicle selection process and that he ensures the car's history is clean before making a purchase. Therefore, he carefully chooses the cars he offers. In summary, Northside is unquestionably a trustworthy place to do business, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

My husband and I would recommend this dealer! We were on a wild goose chase trying to buy a car as many dealers misrepresented their vehicles online. We found this car online, drove hours due to the good deal, and the dealer was honest and upfront, as well as helpful. We love the car!

Northside Auto imports is a stand-up dealership. Andrew worked with me every step of purchasing our vehicle. He always communicated promptly and truthfully. Great Place to buy a car! They have a large selection, they put their inventory online and openly display each car's history (CarFax) for free. I found Andrew and Salah to be honest, upfront and very knowledgeable about their cars. I inspected, test drove and then purchased my car there. Now days later, I've looked over their work on my car, it is above par. The car drives well and I am very happy with the sale. I will return to Northside Imports to buy my next car.

This dealership is a great place to buy a good, affordable used vehicle. Salah, the head salesman, is very friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. Andrew, the owner/manager is a good guy and very knowledgeable as well. They have a good selection of vehicles at affordable price points. I bought a Toyota Camry 2007 for my teenage son here and it has been a really good purchase so far.

I had a great experience here! Salesmen are knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I got a fully loaded Altima and they allowed me to get an inspection prior to purchase. I will definitely be coming back.

My Hyundai stopped on me on the side of the highway and I had to take my car to the dealership and it had been there for months and they weren’t able to give me a rental. Luckily Northside was able to get me a 2012 F150 King Ranch 4X4 Off-Road for a great price. It’s reliable enough for me to drive to school in Huntsville. The cleaning detailing was amazing, the car felt brand new. The salesman answered my questions and walked me through the whole buying process. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Andrew and salah are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I drove my infinity 2008 q56 for 10 years and did not want a new car bc I didn’t want a car payment. my son stumbled upon a 2020 armada here with low miles that was much more affordable than I ever would have expected ! First and only replacement that I looked at for My current vehicle!

Bought a 2011 Camry for my 16 y/o the car has been perfect for her.. they washed, changed oil and charge up the AC for me.

Purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from them fully loaded for a good price. They were open to letting me get a pre-purchase inspection from Mechanic of my choice and besides minor wear & tear everything checked out.

Just got a Lexus ES350 2010 Northside Import Auto's. Iman Shabani was straight up and told me it needed an Air Compressor. Car rides out... Had to drive it back to Panama City, which is a 5 hour drive. Will do business here again. Trust goes a long way.

My daughter saved up her money to buy a car for her 17th bday. I saw a 2011 Toyota Camry online and for a great price so we took the 2 and a half hour drive to check it out. We got there and wasn't expecting to leave with it but everything on it checked out. It drove well. The staff was super helpful. Gave us more information than we asked for about the car. We got it in September and I waited to leave a review so I could see if it would hold up. So far it has and no issues as of yet. She loves it and we're so proud that she has a nice 1st car.
