Byron in valet was the best valet driver I have ever had. He runs.. literally, to get the vehicles and makes you feel that he is happy to do so. Bryon has impeccable customer service in a time when it is a dying quality. Keep up the great work

What a classic beautiful hotel. Old and dated but modern where it needs to be. The rooms were comfortable. The bed was clean. The bathroom was very good.

Enjoyed my stay and it being The Classic weekend made it even better! Staff up front were very nice and professional. Very busy but well maintained!

The staff were very friendly and wonderful! The location was convenient to the places I needed to go and a short ten minute ride from the airport. I plan to return when my travels take me back to Birmingham.

Good hotel in a good location. We did have a problem with the valet but they were able to correct the issue. Will stay again.

Byron Austin went in a drain and went down several feet to retrieve my wife phone in valet parking area in front of hotel also Nelson Jordan and another person who went to get Bryon was fantastic. The best help I have ever seen and very courteous. My wife and the other couple and me are blow away by all this help that all went about and beyond the call of duty. A++

Quaint boutique hotel with a fun rooftop bar. Conveniently located near several walkable pockets of fun nightlife. The Rooftop bar was fantastic!

Service was outstanding! Very clean, not to mention the shampoo smells fantastic too! The bed was so comfortable it felt like I was in my own. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot with all the quirkiness you’d expect of a boutique-ish hotel in the Curio collection. Very friendly staff, nice spacious rooms that were fairly modern and nicely decorated. The rooftop bar, although nothing spectacular, was a fun added bonus for a hangout with a nice drink and a night-time view of the city.

Very nice hotel centrally located in a quieter part of downtown Birmingham with one of the only rooftop bars in town. The price per night is a good value, the valet parking is an even bigger value, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Paige and Becca down at the lobby bar were awesome and great company while having a few night-caps before bed! Would definitely stay here again!

My fiancé, my daughter and I spent the most wonderful, relaxing weekend in this very lovely, beautiful and romantic hotel.
Every thing was topnotch from the service we received upon check-in to our room accomadations, to include dinner and drinks in the hotel restaurant. We felt completely pampered and so at ease during our stay, it was truly a relaxing experience in beautiful surroundings. We will most certainly be back, as this historic hotel is very near and dear to our hearts, as this is where my fiancé asked for my hand in marriage (and I said "yes!"). Thank you, Redmont, for making our engagement weekend one of my most cherished and loveliest of memories!

On a Thanksgiving trip to the Midwest we needed to stop in Birmingham to break the travel time of the trip up. As Hilton members who like boutique hotels we picked the Redmont knowing next to nothing about the hotel. Oh my goodness where we impressed on every level!!! The staff was excellent at every interaction. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever had in any hotel. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower. The Redmont has a rooftop bar overlooking the city and the Bartender in the lobby bar was a wizard in creating craft cocktails. We ended up eating at the lobby bar, and the food was fantastic. We ended up enjoying our stay so much that coming back we skipped a planned stop in Nashville to continue on to stay and the Redmont again.

We recently stayed during the week for a business trip to Birmingham. The hotel and room are meticulously maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most notably, the room was quiet! I always struggle to sleep in hotels -- no problem here! We didn't hear any noise from the street, no noise in the hallways and no noise through the walls. Peace and quiet, good night's rest earns top points with me.

Very helpful front desk staff. Young lady Mesha printed some documents for me and was so helpful and kind about it. She was patient and professional and made me feel valued. Next morning the man at front desk offered to being me some additional waters as I was asking about coffee and was out of water.
Couldn’t have been more pleased here. Beautiful room and hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at the Redmont hotel! From the time we got to the valet to leaving the hotel we were taken care of! Super friendly staff. Accommodations were top notch! Everything was exceptional! Would highly recommend!

The Redmont is a solid Curio hotel under Hilton.

Rooms are spacious and appointed in typical Hilton fashion. The building itself has character and the staff is abundantly friendly.

Dinner at the Harvest restaurant is good.

Breakfast at the attached cafe was very good with offerings from healthy to decidedly less so healthy.

The star of the show is the Redmont’s rooftop bar! Amazing views and great vibe.
