Joke of a company. I use them at three different locations and 2 different states and not one store has had a good experience. I cannot believe they have the gall to not be able to provide the services you hired them for and then threaten you with a lawsuit if you do not pay them for not doing their job. Inconsistent with deliveries, some stores going weeks at a time without getting anything, and when they do show up they don't have the correct number of mats or the mats are still wet and smell like mildew. Upper management doesn't care to fix anything about it, would rather laugh at you and talk about your contract. I feel like I get a better deal paying my taxes than I do with these guys.

Absolutely horrible company to try and do business with. We have used them with three separate locations and not one was ever serviced correctly. After almost a year we still do not have our logo mats correct, the mats we do have do not get changed out every trip and when the do they are still wet, they have failed to change out towels and bathroom supplies consistently, and that is when they even show up, which for one store was 6 weeks without seeing an Aramark employee. Even worse, we still are getting billed in full even though they tell us they will not.

For months I tried to get credits we deserved for the incorrect billing. It took over 6 months and many calls to get our $850 credit. A lot for a small business. Customer Service was horrible. Turnover of employees was unreal. An issue would get resolved only to be told that person is no longer there. Now they are saying I cannot cancel my contract that expires mid December because I need to do 60 day written notice or it automatically renews for 2 more years. I asked for John who I last spoke to in September regarding cancellation (in person and by phone) but he is no longer there either. If you are considering this company please research any other reviews. This is my first to do but I felt compelled to share my experience to save others.

I work for a major food industry as a mechanic and service 70 of their vehicles. I'm mobile so it's a choir to get my uniforms cleaned and cintas has been doing a fantastic job. I was put into a category to test uniforms from aramark. So far it's been a disaster. Wrong pant size, poor communication, and horrible service. Literally dealing with someone out of jacksonville fl. I'm disappointed at this point and time.

As I was traveling from Trafford Alabama to Hayden Alabama this evening one of your trucks was being driven by an idiot. Stayed on the rear bumper of my car for several miles on Elvester Road and Dean’s Ferry Road. When I turned off the road the truck flew past me so fast I couldn’t get any identification other than the Aramark logo on the side. The truck blew through the stop sign and turned to the right on Alabama highway 160 which is a very dangerous stretch of road. This happened around 8 pm tonight. Very dangerous driving.
