I had eyelid surgery and laser under my eyes by Dr. Rousso. It was a hard case as I have titanium plates from an accident around my eye that left my left eye looking permanently black. Dr. Rousso made no guarantees that the surgery would take care of the black eye 100%, and I was pleasantly surprised that it made a significant difference. I’ve been told I look 10 years younger now that I don’t have bags under my eyes. I’ll take that all day long!

Dr. Rousso and his amazing team are absolutely the best in the business. From first consultation to my finished procedure, Dr. Rousso and staff were the epitome of professionalism. Update December 2023: I just finished my second neo-graft procedure and, once again, Dr. Rousso's team went above and beyond. He has assembled the most incredible team. Echols, Latoya, April, Reagan, Johnna, Sarah Beth, Victoria, Keaton, Dr. Vandiver - it does not matter - every single person is kind, courteous, and professional. I've referred several male friends to Dr. Rousso for neo-graft, and I know that one of them also had this procedure done. And like me, he loves it! I will not go anywhere else for hair or skin care. Dr. Rousso is the best anywhere! Highly recommend.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with this office and staff, from the time I booked my very first appointment all the way through my post-op appointments. The staff is beyond courteous and professional, and they are quick to return calls and address any concerns. My surgery was exactly what Dr. Adams & I discussed. I could not be any happier with my overall treatment. Dr. Adams is also one of the most compassionate surgeons. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed with him or his staff. I’m beyond pleased!

My daughter has finally had her dream come true after four years of waiting. The only reason for the wait was that she had to finish maturing, which is around sixteen years of age for females, otherwise we would have done it years ago. You see, our daughter is adopted and there is nothing we wouldn’t do to make her comfortable, safe and happy so, when she started coming home from school crying and asking specific questions about Rhinoplasty we had to get to the bottom of the problem. We found out that several bullies had been teasing her about her nose and spreading it around school regularly. This made her so self conscious and embarrassed and she began to withdraw from friends, events, and it affected her grades too. Well, we started an in-depth study and search and found that everything pointed to Doctor Rousso in Birmingham Alabama. We live out of town, about two hours away but, We didn’t care how far it was, all the research for the best Rhinoplasty pointed to Doctor Rousso. I can’t say enough about how great we were treated by Doctor Rousso and “ALL” his staff. From start to finish it has been a wonderful experience with top notched care. My daughter is so pleased with her new nose, as well as her mother and I, and she is coming out of her shell now and loves school again. What a confidence booster ! Dr. Rousso did my nose about 5 years ago. He absolutely changed my life. The only thing I saw in the mirror was my nose and I hated it. Now I love my nose, and my side profile. By far the best decision I ever made. Whenever I tell someone that I had a nose job they are always surprised because my nose looks so natural and perfect on my face. I had consults with two other doctors and both of them said that they would do it but they recommended Dr. Rousso because he specializes in faces and noses. They said he would do a much better job than they could have done. I 100% recommend going to Dr. Rousso for anything face related.. because why wouldn't you want someone who specializes in faces to do your face?

I was with my daughter at a modeling event when I met a lady with her grand-daughter.
