We had Exceptional service!!!!! Crystal is An Amazing Manager! I can regonize this bc I gave 30+ years to the restaurant ❤❤business!! Keep up the Good work!!! The restaurant was VERY CLEAN & the staff was efficient! They still have the Jamoca shake, but not the choc fudge cookies. However, she described the salted caramel chocolate chip well & I almost got a dozen. But, I got turnovers instead. We sat where we saw an awesome Sunset!! And, made me miss home for the Best of the Sunsets!! ❤ We'll be back soon even if for just desserts!!!!

Everything went great and we had roast beef sandwiches were great and the curly fries were great also, and hot and definitely will be back 😋

Please don't come to this Arby's. I mean sure they have a delicious buffalo chicken sandwich dripping with a tangy sauce that is full of flavor. And of course you could mix it up and get a delicious Greek gyro if you're in the mood for something different. Their corned beef Reuben is flavorful and another great option. They have delicious market fresh sandwiches that taste like something you would make at home and give you another healthy alternative to just getting another burger.

But please please people I don't like waiting in lines. So if you could kindly go elsewhere and eat another hamburger, you unoriginal goose, I would greatly appreciate it.

had a $7 two meal; roast beef and cheddar and chicken tenders. BOTH were very good. seemed bigger to me than in the past which also is good! Even so, good experience.

We all tend to only want to take time out to do reviews when we are heated over something that didn’t go how we expected.
However, I simply must take the time out to write a positive review for the team member named Angel at this location on Green Mount. I’ve gone through the drive thru a couple times within the last 2 weeks and she was the one taking orders. She is so respectful and polite. She doesn’t make you feel rushed and treats you like you are priority. Absolute superb costumer service. I called the store and spoke with the manger to let her know how refreshing it was to be treated decently in a drive thru for the first time in a long time. The female manger on duty was also extremely kind.
Food was fresh and was placed in the bag properly, instead of fries being upside down and loose in the bottom of bag. The sauce and napkins were also in the bag, instead of having to check the bag and ask for them at the window. Just all around great customer service at this location.

Great fresh food.  Really enjoy their speciality sandwiches.  The staff was exceptional.

I can't say much for the inside as I used the drive through. My order came out hot and ready. Nothing in my order was messed up, and I got everything. Plus I really like the crinkle fries.

Its Arby's and they do it well. This is the one to go to in town, the one over by Target on the West end is usually cold and served some very off roast beef and au jus that made me sick. So go to Shiloh, always a good experience.

The GM here is fantastic!! So pleasant to interact with. A couple of weeks ago was my second time coming through the drive thru in the last few months and he went above and beyond with customer service both times! I don’t live in the area but stop in when I have appointments at St. E’s. Great experience!

I'm an Arby's fan, and I love this location - especially if Helen is working. She's super friendly and you can tell she loves her job. I ordered the fish sandwich and enjoyed it quite a bit. The order was quick and accurate. Definitely an excellent choice for a quick meal.

Been going here for a while now. Never a bad time. Just did a $46 order for my team at Ashley, and absolutely NOTHING was wrong. They even took the time to separate it all and get us sauces/napkins. Absolutely the best service in fast food. Chick-Fil-A wishes they were this good.

On TUESDAY afternoon,we, my friend and I enjoyed the Reuben Meal.
He had Curly Fries and I had had freshly cooked Onion Rings. Our bill came to $19.& some change. The company was Great and the food was Delicious!
We were both Full!!

Had the turkey, bacon, ranch minus the bacon and lettuce delish. Everything was fresh. I don't often eat fast food bc I don't eat pork, beef and most fish and chicken, I'm a turkey and veggies kinda gal. Arby's definitely on top of the list for fast food road trip stops when we don't feel like eating in we just want to keep rolling down the frwy.

I ordered chicken tenders and potato cakes and had to wait for them to be cooked. They were piping hot and delicious! My daughter also was very pleased with her meal.

I come to this arbys for great food and friendly staff. I have yet to have a negative experience coming here. Our food is always fresh and hot and comes to us within minutes. If you're looking for great roast beef or chicken sandwiches, look no further.

Without fail, the crew at this Arby's is spot on with courtesy, humor, and my order is never wrong. Could not ask for a better experience! Excellent job at choosing employees!

It's all about management. I witness the manager or assistant manager take food out to a customer, smiling at customers. The register person was super kind and friendly.

My reviews can be brutal, but this location is usually very good. Employees are always friendly and food is good and served fast.

The staff was extremely friendly and the food came out exactly as we ordered. It was a rare fast food experience and we will definitely be back because of their kindness and attention to detail.

Service was excellent. Friendly, fast & efficient. Order was ready quick, food was hot & drinks were cold. Would eat here again.
