Crestwood Festival Center

Love to find my must have home essentials at Home Depot. My only complaint is the self check out ....on a SATURDAY, no one was available to work registers. I absolutely hate self check outs. It slows down when products are mislabeled, tagged, or not, as shown with pricing online. There was only one associate working all self check machines, and when asked by another senior shopper about the registers she was told that people won't show up for work.
Home Depot: and all retail,the pandemic is not in full effect, fire these employees. There are people who want to work, you know... the ones who pay rent, pay utilities, car notes, and daycare. Hire those people. Not the ones who don't show up to work because they are dumb enough to think they can live off of a tax refund for a few months!!!

This Home Depot may be smaller than some but it is very well staffed with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people. The employees were willing to stop, answer questions, and even take me to the item I was looking for. Very pleasant experience.

Burlington, Dollar Tree, Home Depot , The Edge theater, O'taste & see Soul food , Honey bake Ham , a Chinese buffet all this & more located there.

We went to Home Depot for more potting soil and containers for our family of potatoes 🥔 😋.

Love this place and all of the people are usually nice to everyone who I've seen but depending on who's working with you on different day's of the week!

I went to Burlington, and they were doing inventory, but it was a pleasant shopping experience...

Stopped at Home Depot to get some household items. Staff friendly and courteous and helpful

This location is always the most helpful, nicest and i have never left with an issue that didnt get resolved. I am in this store almost every day and they are the best!

Food was very good well cooked well seasoned the staff is very friendly and attentive to the tables very helpful to the guest excellent place for family gathering

Honey Baked Ham is delicious.

Went to home depot, very nice people and very clean store. The guy in the area with the light bulbs who took the time to show me the new and improved unbreakable bulbs, and Valerie at the service desk were my favorites.

GPS said this was an IHOP. But no pancakes anywhere 😕

At this Home Depot when I walked in they were very friendly, they greeted me, & were very helpful. I could tell they knew what they were doing, The store was carrying clean. I will return.

Found alot of stores to shop in. They were clean and spacious they have alot of parking spots and lights that work in the lot at night to feel a little safer at night

There's a lady at customer service older lady her name is really hard to pronounce but you can tell she loves her job you can tell that she's a people person I asked her about the children's Workshop and she actually gave me a couple of things that the kids can do they loved it they are hiring all the right Souls

The customer service was polite, and the entire establishment was clean. Thanks for doing and great job on those areas. However, it would be exceptional if you provided a discount on the food/snacks on special Tuesday also. You would get more business because everyone wants and appreciates more for their money.
