The manager Linda in Women's Apparel is amazing!! Because of her, and her alone, I will shop there often now!

I went there with gift cards. Not a lot of people working in the store but wasn't unexpected. Found everything I wanted. They even had a manager walking around making sure I got helped.

Great large department store. Seemed to not have enough staff though. But the ones in this store were very friendly and helpful

It was right before Christmas so I thought it was going to be very very busy because I had some returns and I really didn't want to do any shopping but they had plenty of service areas open for checkout and returns the lady who helped me was very friendly and made sure that I had everything complete before she moved on to the next person

Nancy truly helped add to my 10/10 experience while shopping at Macy’s. She was very patient and kind, go see her at the furniture department!!

I buy almost all my clothing from Macy’s! Also, they have the best prices for really good furniture! I was eager to buy a sofa set but they were closing so I gave the sales associate my information to call or email me the information to make my purchase. She was so busy on her phone that I guess she forgot to send the information. I ended up purchasing from another Furniture Store.

Some stores much better than others. This one was a gem!!

Got some Great deals

My son and I went on a shopping spree!! We found so many cute things at bargain prices. My only complaint would be, we couldn't find a single shopping cart, and we really needed one for all the things we were buying. Also checkout is a little stressful because there are not very many people working that position, you have to search for someone.
