Old Navy

Not only was the store organized, staff super friendly and helpful but as a mother can I just say how stressful it is to go shopping with an infant carseat. Their carts actually work with carseats which made my experience relaxing and easy. This is a huge thing these days since most carts now days don't allow carseats.

These people are great. The staff are very knowledgeable on location of items and stock. There's always a great sale here, highly recommended!

Old Navy never fails for great deals. They carry plus sizes without the label plus, and they do so in the same styles as they smaller sizes. As a 14 petite, I appreciate that! They have plenty of fitting rooms, and the store is organized. The staff is helpful. I don't need a credit card, which is always offered, but I haven't ran into anyone that was too pushy about it.

Best place to get jeans for petite people. They never disappoint. I appreciate all the sales they have. I dress my family nicely, with quality clothing for a fraction of the price of other stores.

Took my grand kids shopping for school clothes and the staff was very helpful. I appreciate the lady in the dressing room going out of her way to help my granddaughter find jeans that she liked. Will be back.

It was alright. Lady forgot to take off the security thingy but we all make mistakes. Accessible to handicapped, and have plenty of sizes and dressing rooms. Almost rarely crowded, and clothes are pretty well made and stylish.

Old Navy is always great, very flexible and understanding with returns and exchanges. I had a lot of returns and exchanges that I had purchased online and had no issues with them.

I have not been inside Old Navy Florence in a some time...it has really improved in quality. They now have clothes even for mature adults.

This place is one of the few places that sells high waist jeans that look cute and fit amazing. It's pricey, but worth it
