Very efficient employees. Delicious pretzel. Amazing lemonade. Clean tables in the food court too (always a bonus!)

Had a lovely experience today when an employee (with pink hair since I didn’t catch her name) went out of her way to bring us our receipt. Thank you!

The Auntie Anne’s in the Florence Mall is top notch. They are busy all the time and offer a great selection of pretzels and drinks. The staff is very nice and offered suggestions. Shawna (sp?) was especially nice at the register. She walked me through my first of many visits.

I love everything about this location! Amanda and Anne are the best and the pretzels are amazing! We always stop by for a pretzel or 3 when we go.

Nuggets are so good and warm. The client service was good as well.

I asked for no butter because I was having health issues where I couldn't eat fatty foods. They made sure to ask if they needed a clean utensil that didnt touch the butter. And were very friendly an fast with making me a special plain pretzel

I wake up every morning in a bed that's too small, drive my daughter to a school that's too expensive, and then I go to work to a job for which I get paid too little, but on Pretzel Day? Well, I like Pretzel Day.

Great pretzels staff polite. Only thing i dont like is i ask for pretzel and they ask do i want pretzel or nuggets...i already told you i wanted pretzel...other than that love the place.
