Thirsty Duck Sussex

Stopped in after going to a gun show. The last time I was only outside watching a band. This place is huge! Prices range from $5 to about $15 for food. I ordered a Reuben in a wrap and it was flipping noises and I got the onion rings as a sife

We had a larger group for trivia night, and our waitress was great and very accommodating. Our food did take a bit but it was very busy so that’s understandable. Everything was delicious and hot.

We have had both a Fall and Spring Team Building events at the lower level for approximately 85 people. Great Service, Food and an accommodating staff has made it a wonderful event with great compliments from our team. I worked with Jessica on both occasions,, and she has made it easy. I highly recommend it for an event of this type, and we will be back again.

Always a great stop. Food is awesome. Great variety. Staff are helpful and fun. We didn't bowl but highly recommend! Trivia Thursday is a great time. (I'd skip the Nashville Hot sauce, but the winds are tremendous).

Great food, great service. We hosted a holiday party in the basement of Thirsty Duck and it went flawlessly. Very impressed and will consider returning next year. Highly recommend hosting your next event here.

Just recently, My company had it's annual holiday part at Thirsty Duck. The expectations that we had from Thirsty Duck were completely exceeded. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. Karol and her staff attended to all needs and request promptly and the overall atmosphere was very enjoyable. It was very easy to have personal conversation while still enjoying the music and laughter of all. The activates for team members and family were plentiful. When the night was finished, our most senior management team all agreed that Thirsty Duck was most likely to be the location of the part next year.

I rented the private downstairs space for a business launch party. Jessica helped set up and coordinate the event and she was great to work with. The food was excellent, the space was perfect, and all of my guests had a great time. Highly recommended.

We held our staff Christmas party here this evening and it was outstanding! The service was great, the gathering room atmosphere was such a perfect space to socialize, and the food was amazing. They made for an outstanding night of fellowship and celebration for us!

What a cool gem in Sussex. It has been awhile as last time I was there no downstairs. Plan to do some type of party and try my Duck pin bowling skills.

We were a party of 15 people....ages 7 to 70. Had a great time bowling on a early Saturday afternoon. Very friendly and helpful service and good food. The teenagers setting up the pins work very hard....make sure you tip them. You will spend more here than a typical bowling alley, but I wouldn't hesitate to bring my family here again.

Went there for a cribbage tournament, had a great time. The nachos were very good. The service was a bit slow though. It seems they may have been understaffed for the amount of people there.

This was the second year that my work had our holiday party at the Thirsty Duck. We rented the event space and there is ample room and lots to do. They had cornhole set up, a pool table, and bowling lanes. The food is excellent and the staff is very helpful and all around great service.

My work held their Christmas party here. The food was great, the service was amazing and we all had a wonderful time playing duck pin bowling and other games! Great place to host parties and work events!

The overall experience was really good. The bloody mary was good as was the food. The place seems understaffed with servers running around tending to too many tables.

We attended a wedding reception downstairs. Irish coffee was great and a small but nice selection of tap beer, but larger well stocked cooler of bottles and cans... English? bowling lanes (small balls) and bean bag toss are available.

I took my 2nd/3rd grade boys soccer team here for a Sunday afternoon and they had a BLAST! We rented two lanes for an hour and a half and we got through 2 games on each lane with about 7 kids per lane. You track the scores manually for each bowler on a tablet type screen set up at the front end of long pub table behind each lane. Scoring on the tablet was easy enough for 7 and 8 year olds to do here and there. We ordered a bunch of pizzas and they weren't the best, but they were acceptable for kids to plow through in under 15 minutes. We will be back as a team next season!

Went to this location for the first time in Sussex. Made it there before 5pm for happy hour tall boys for 2 dollars! Ordered a pepperoni pizza for the 5 of us. It tasted phenomenal! I will order their pizza anytime. Our 3 boys bowled 1 game of mini bowling. They had a blast. The staff was friendly and plentiful. Our food and drinks came quickly. We'll be going back soon!

Great place for entertaining large groups, took a photo with the beautiful owner. 😍

We had a lot of fun. Took my work team for a fun outing. Great value. Great service. I will definitely be back with the kids.

Best bloody Mary's! Super kid friendly and so much to do there! Awesome fit birthday parties!
