Dealership where they try to charge you overcharge you for used cars not very good quality used cars at that

On 8/9/22 I purchased a 4 DR Gray Automatic 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited for $5,099.00. This purchase price included a Title Fee of $155 and a Reg. Fee of $151.00. This transaction was made using cash in which a contract was obtained and signed with the salesperson by the name of Damon. Damon informed me that I will receive the title via mail in 30 days and I have yet to receive it. I have contacted Damon on several occasions and was told that it will be sent to me, since then Damon has stopped answering my calls and has blocked me from contacting him.
