Keith Grantland is an angel!!!

Prior to this administration, I had called the Village about a very deep hole near the Sewer cover in our backyard. Long story, short: orange paint and a construction cone were put over and around the hole!!!! The hole continued to expand!

Fast forward: I called the Village last week. Mr. Grantland called me this week to schedule an observation of the situation with, I believe, the town Engineer.

On Thursday, Mr. Grantland and 2 other gentlemen analyzed the situation and indicated that it would be fixed early next week.

Yesterday, the hole was fixed!!!!!!! Mr. Grantland called late yesterday afternoon to tell me he would return next week with top soil and grass seed. He also explained what was done and why THE hole had occurred and expanded!

His professionalism, competence, and expedience were greatly appreciated !!!

Thank you, thank you to Mr. Grantland and this Village administration.

I think they're doing a great job. Gunther Gunderson would you like to elaborate your concerns? I bet the new administration would love to hear from you.
Anyways I'm glad to see the positive changes. Keep up the great work Integrity!

PAT - The new administration doesn't care to talk to me. The village clerk doesn't show up on a day that they illegally shut my water off. The ordinance says "They have to notify the user of water via certified mail 10 days prior to shutoff" They never notified me (the user of water via water commission records since Dec 6, 2011) and have no certified mail to prove it. Even the water commission knows they shut it off illegally. They write an ordinance and then don't follow their own laws, then make up other laws that don't exist in the ordinance but even when I show them they don't exist they still insist they do. They won't let me speak to the mayor who i voted for btw. They won't let me speak to their attorney. That brent guy is rude as can be and doesn't understand anything about law (he called me a google layer because I tried to show him a dictionary) 2018 is the year dictionary's became conspiracy I guess. They are just terrible people. Every time I show up there they call the police on me. I'm sick of dealing with them as they cannot seem to follow the ordinances they wrote. The police tell me its "not criminal" and therefore can't do anything. Don't trust the village of willow springs at ALL - they are corrupt and abuse their power.

For those of you who do not live in Willow Springs and are visiting, there is a village ordinance for no overnight parking between 2:00AM and 6:00AM which hearing officers will not allow you to contest. The village does not display this on the streets (Willow Blvd). The area I parked in had 8 other cars which were not called in and did not get ticketed by the incompetent officer, badge 31. Thank you for discriminating my sports car.
