We had Lukas from Capeesh Construction come over to check out a leak we noticed near our chimney, thinking it was going to be a quick fix. During his inspection, he alerted us to a large amount of wind and hail damage across our entire roof. He was super helpful in guiding us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance, ensuring everything from start to finish went smoothly. Everything wrapped up faster than expected, resulting in a new roof, gutters, and skylights.

The team that Lukas brought in was fantastic. They were respectful, kept to their schedule, did top-notch work, and thoroughly cleaned up when it was all done. We’re really impressed with how it all turned out and are feeling pretty grateful for how easy Lukas and his crew made the whole process. Will definitely use Capeesh in the future for any roofing needs.

Due to hail damage, we had our entire roof, gutters, downspouts, and all sides of siding replaced. Perry and Jennifer handled every aspect of working with our insurance company to get the absolute most possible, particularly the siding since our former exact color was no longer available and new siding was 4" vs 4.5" (old size). My only contact with the insurance company was to initially approve/confirm Perry and Capeesh as the contractor chosen. From there, everything was handled by Perry and company.

We needed a new roof due to previous hail and wind damage. I had a couple of contractors come out for inspections and estimates, and Perry from Capeesh was one of them. Perry did such a thorough inspection of the roof, he even took video on his iPad of it, to then show me when he came back down. His estimate was right on par with what I had researched for a roof replacement. Perry has been reachable via text/phone calls for any questions, and prompt with his responses. Perry also worked with our insurance company at our request and did all the leg work for us, making this a very stress free and smooth process. I also wanted to recognize the crew that did the roofing. They were very professional, fast, and from the looks of the roof and time they were here, incredibly efficient. The effort of both Perry and the roofing team was awesome. And I'll definitely be recommending them to any of our friends/family who are in need of roof repairs/replacement.

I highly recommend the services of Perry Markee and Capeesh Construction!! My experience with Capeesh started when I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling, obviously coming from the roof. I did some research and elected to call Capeesh for a roof inspection. Perry arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection and recommended a roof replacement due to the wind damage and age of the roof. While Perry believed the roof should be covered by insurance, he was honest about the process, explained the high chance for denial and provided all of the potential possible avenues to fix my roof. At no point did I feel pressured to file a claim. He provided detailed pictures and outlined the specific reasons for the need of a new roof. Subsequently, he walked me through the process of filing an insurance claim and even took the lead on the call with the insurance company. When the insurance company denied the claim, Perry performed a subsequent re-inspection and provided a detailed estimate and pictures to the insurance company. Ultimately, while the insurance company denied the claim due to the age of the roof and honestly, a wrong decision by the adjuster, Perry’s efforts where greatly appreciated.

Despite not being covered by insurance, Perry worked with us and provided a detailed quote at a great price for a new roof and new gutters. After agreeing to the quote, Perry’s team arrived to install the roof just one week later (yes... only one week later!!). Perry’s team arrived on-time and even stayed until dark to finish the roof in one day (yes... total roof replacement in one day!!). The team cleaned up everything and you could barely even tell they where there. The gutters were then installed a few days later in less than a few hours.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Perry and his team. There work was efficient, professional and most importantly, the roof and new gutters look great!!! Perry is extremely responsive and truly cares about the service he provides to his clients. I Would recommend Perry and Capeesh to anyone!!

We have a geodesic dome house, 95% is roof. Capeesh replaced our whole roof due to storm damage. It was substantially better than the roof we had. They came early every day, stayed late and cleaned up every day. The crew worked well with each other, everyone knew their specific task. We had a storm the day after they were done, Capeesh came by to see if everything was still OK. Like the old days, someone who takes pride in their workmanship. I would call them again, but this roof should last forever.

I am extremely satisfied with the entire scope of work completed at my home. Perry, our go-to guy, was spectacular. He was on the scene every step of the way. What I thought would be a major issue started out as one, but it was obvious that the insurance could not argue with the Free video Perry did showing all the damage and even marking what type. Which by the way, I highly recommend to anyone looking.

Perry was professional, yet friendly and communicated the entire process clearly. He took over an hour on the roof and around the house marking all the damage.

When he was done, he was able to get through what three others had not. We had storm damage. And insurance needed to pay for it.

Capeesh Construction recently installed fascia, soffits and gutters on our home. Their staff was courteous and informative throughout the process and the end results are excellent! What a great group. Perry Markee was awesome, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Each crew for the roof, soffits & facia, and gutters were fast, efficient, and respectful- leaving the worksite clean. The final project was much better than expected. My husband and I had a ridge vent and gable vent put in around the spring time 2017. From the time of the quote to when the work was finished Capeesh Construction employees were professional and did a great job cleaning up. They did not try to over sell us on something we did not need. My husband and I appreciate them so much, that we called them back for another quote on a different project.

I'm writing this review really with one person (who also has written a review) in mind.

We all know that online reviews are a major source of decision making for consumers and all it takes is one bad review to make you rethink who you choose.

About 4 months ago, I was literally waiting in Capeesh's office for a job interview. I had been told there was one applicant ahead early. No problem. I was seated in another area and I waited.

And then it happened, I could not avoid listening to the applicant answering questions, trying to give myself a heads up. And instead I hear the guy laughing, not at a joke but an actual question. Which (since I was also asked a variation of) was [basically] "Do you have any problems going up onto a roof?"

Now if you have not guessed, Capeesh is a ROOFING company! So if you choose to apply for a labor based position you can believe you will find yourself on a roof.

The fact that this guy laughed at the question isn't what irritates me. He did not get the job. But neither did I.

What bothers me is a medium designed to give people informed ideas of this companies workmanship gets polluted by some disgruntled rejected job applicant.

For the record, I choose to apply because of their stellar record on every site I researched. Their reviews are far spread and mainly positive.

So, T*m, people should read your review, then know it had nothing to do with getting a roof.

Edit your comment at least to say it was about you NOT getting the job. For laughing at a completely serious question. One I was asked as well.

For those of you actually looking, understand if I was willing to work for them, I implicitly trust their workmanship. Even know I did not get hired.

Absolutely top notch folks to work with. Lukas Spies is an absolute pro and super conscientious. They work with a great bunch of subs-contractors who true pros as well. Loved the work they recently did on our cedar shake shingle roof! Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend these guys. I had a roof reshingled after a bad hail storm. They helped us with our insurance agent, they were timely and professional, and the roof looks great. No complaints at all.
