I LOVE the variety of flowers they always have.

SHOUT OUT TO MIKE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This isn't my home store but i was in the area. I was having some major issues with my Jewel app/account & Mike fixed right up! Wonderful experience

As a Realtor in Algonquin I love this place. I always recommend that my clients come here for great convenience getting anything they need. My buyers and sellers like having a grocery store close by.

Always a good experience at Jewel-Osco Have what I want and everyone is helpful and friendly. Very nice store. Clean and well organized. All employees were courteous and professional. very large with the best selection of gluten free things I have seen anywhere. The fish and fresh meat counter are good. and the bakery section could cause you to completely blow your diet and your budget! Everything in one place! Good line organization, shorter wait than expected, everyone wearing masks as they should. Excellent variety of products! The store is in a great location and very accessible. Overall a great store.

I ordered a fruit basket, and it was absolutely the best fruit basket I ever had! All the fruit on it was excellent and fresh! All my family kept bragging about how nice the fruit tray was and how good everything tasted. Thank you so much Paula

The bakery was amazing! Just want to say thank you to all the bakery staff. My son cake was so cute with his picture in it and also the cupcakes. To the cashiers being really nice wishing him a happy birthday!🥳

Shopped at the Algonquin Jewel this evening. Andrew was our cashier. There were a couple items that did not ring up correctly and Andrew called Laura the manager on duty to make the adjustments. Both Andrew and Laura were efficient and friendly. The person at the deli was also very helpful. I did not get her name, but she said that she would like to live in Alaska. The employees that we encountered at this Jewel were great.

Always love coming to this Jewel. Everything is clean, easy to find, and staff is friendly. I spoke with the manager Mike today to resolve a question of mine and he was kind and patient explaining it to me! I'm the anxious type so it was definitely appreciated!!

I think this Jewel/Osco is absolutely the best!!!! Samantha and her staff are the best around! I was unable to complete my shopping due to a knee injury and Samantha was willing to extend a helping hand. This store gives the feeling of hometown, old fashioned goodness! The Jewel on Algonquin’s East side continues to be my favorite! Thanks Samantha!

Great employees, they are always friendly. I love the fish and meat market there. Bakery has also been redone. Looks great. But here also they no longer have many choices on sugerfree bakery items.

Close to home and they have what I need. I've been shopping at Jewel since I could go shopping. My Mom shopped here from 1959....

Place is great I don't have any complaints to deliver besides the pricey and inedible limes.
The staff seems very genuine when it comes to doing that they do.
The visits I've had here have been quick and cordial.
I really wouldn't come here often prices aren't competitive at all.

Love this jewel! Most of the people are extra friendly! I've gotten to know a few of the cashier's and they are awesome! Produce is the best and deli is the best! Deb is my favorite cashier!

Love everything they sell. The deli has awesome chicken and lunch meat.

Had everything i went for at a price i expected, plus a few extras. Clean and talked to 3 employees and all polite and friendly.

Stopped in to quickly pick up a gift card and flowers on my way to a graduation

I've gone to the Butera across the street, but it has declined in quality a lot in the past few years or so. I've had issues with buying candy that was 6 months expired, at Butera. Something you would NEVER see at Jewel. They have a great selection of fresh fruit and veggies, and I think it's very well priced for the selection and quality they offer :)

Store is very clean which is very important not only for the food industry but any business that's the first thing people see when they walk through the door The staff at Jewel is very helpful Mary is the best of all always very happy and helpful Keep up the good work Mary and don't change Went to this location on 7-19-19 (SEE PICTURES ABOVE) While walking into the establishment I noticed a safety hazard that needed to be addressed ASAP I noticed the first associate I saw and notified him of the hazard, he replied to me with a I know the safety sign was not up I added, he than got upset when I took some PICTURES of the hazard.IN MY BOOK IF YOU GOT TIME TO LEAN YOU GOT TIME TO CLEAN. DON'T LEAVE IT FOR THE NEXT PERSON.
