Dan recently did our floors in our condo downtown Chicago. He re-finished our entire first floor hardwood and put new hardwood in upstairs where there was old carpet. We CANNOT sing Dan’s praises enough. He was efficient, detail oriented, and communicative. He ensured we were pleased with the work and was very easy to collaborate with. Dan is a craftsman who clearly cares that each job is done to perfection, making you feel confident in the investment of your flooring work. Cannot recommend Dan and his team enough!

Dan and his team were a great help in getting me the flooring I wanted for my condo. They did an amazing job in every detail, from installing the floor to the trimming, thresholds, etc. I highly recommend!

Working with Dan and the team at Great Floors was an incredible experience. His team was fast, efficient, and incredibly precise with the work they did on our hardwood. Dan clearly loves what he does and I could not imagine a better result for our project.

I Love Great Floors & have already recommended them to friends. I bought an old bungalow w/ a lot of original woodwork. I was also selling a condo which had very worn floors that needed refinishing. Dan Corvo came, evaluated & made recommendations that were all amazing. For the bungalow, he suggested I go for a darker color to match the wood. He asked something like, “ do you want to refinish or restore?” I was a little tentative but decided to listen to the expert. I am so glad I did!! They are stunning!! As for the condo, he suggested I don’t use a stain. Just refinish & protect. They are beautiful, light & clean looking. Of course, they could have made more money if they had also stained the floors, but suggesting otherwise proves they care about customers more than the almighty dollar. Last but not least, all the workers on both jobs were nice, respectful and cleaned up after the project. The price for both was very fair. I am so glad used Great floors & listened to Dan.

I recently renovated my 50-year-old kitchen with the help of Dan C., who worked with my contractor to provide the flooring, steps, trim and other accessories needed to complete the project. I had found the flooring that I wanted at another store, but Dan got my business when he was able to find the same flooring and answer all my contractor’s detailed questions when the other company couldn’t respond in a timely manner. He also quoted a better price, but I was more concerned about the customer service, which was excellent from the beginning to the on-time delivery.

My new kitchen is gorgeous, thanks to Dan and Great Floors. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

They did a fabulous job and made it happen very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am writing this review so this doesn't happen to anyone else! I placed an order on July 27th, 2020 with Andrew Birney. It was supposed to take two weeks. I didn't hear anything after a few weeks so I called and found the order was not even placed until August 18th. That is 23 days later. It should have been installed by then. I called Jeff Bell to let him know what happened, he is the store manager. He is not bothered by the fact that the carpet was not even ordered until I called yet again. I now have to wait another month and that is not acceptable! I hope to save someone else from this store. Having to wait two and a half months is crazy. I was supposed to take two weeks!!!
