Been shopping here since 1986. Clean store. Beer is always nice and cold! Plenty of parking and store security. Cameras 📷 everywhere.

Jewels always has just what I need when all other stores ate outta stock. Jewels is a genuine blessing

So on this trip To the store, I took the wrong credit card with me. The phenomenal staff working here held my groceries while I ran to the bank to get the cash to pay for my groceries. It took me less than 15 minutes round trip and everything was right where I left it with the supervisor. Kudos to the staff for being patient and understanding that we are all human and can make mistakes . I now have my groceries and I'm so thankful for the patience of the staff at that store.

We went to this location tonight on Thanksgiving Eve the store was crowded fast with only one main lane was open #2. The express lanes all were moving pretty fast. Everyone was nice and helpful❤

I was helping my elderly mom shop. Her check errors out because she doesn't right checks. Customer Service pulled her to the side got her information in the system so she wouldn't have the problem again. She couldn't stop talking about how the service was.

Fun shopping there as there is such a verity of things for sale at great prices for concerned shoppers.Big or small , you will find what you need there. It's handycap accessable spaces are large and entry is great for wheel chairs or whatever you have to be mobile and shop with ease.

Great service..always clean & always helpful! Sometimes there's a wait to get an answer but someone always is available to assist. Have Patience people, short staffing will cause a wait but it's a great store so hang in there !

I have always loved Jewels. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I also like the fact that they carry products that you can't find anywhere else. So far 4 generations of my family has shopped at Jewels and I hope the tradition will continue for many more generations.

I LIKE THIS JEWEL..They always have neat displays. Produce is always stocked and neat when you walk in. Polite helpful workers at produce . Smiles at the deli. And friendly cashier. Miss. AMARI was her name. .. And the cart guy outside was helpful taking my cart after shopping...# 1 store

I've found the employees to be the best with very few exceptions as it must be a two way street. If you are nice, you get nice back.

Items that are out of stock they will let you know when their next receiving date will occur.

Some items that I like which are no longer carried as the fault of slow sales or results of bad purchasing agent in their main office the store players try to get restocked and are many times successful.

On the whole the store employees are excellent. An exception may occur with a new employee but if the older employees can get improvement with the new employee to soon the new becomes an ex employee.

The employees are very nice and professional. The prices are great (especially sale prices 😁).

My cashier Sharon has excellent customer service skills. The Westchester store is not my closest Jewels but Sharon is the reason I drive that extra mile because she goes out of her way to make customers feel like they family.

I only wanted krunchy cheese curls. And the customer service guy saved the last two bags just for me. I had a crazzy craving! Thank you kind sir. Not all heroes wear caps. Some of them work at this Jewel Osco

Very nice large, fully stocked supermarket with very courteous staff. The shelves are always full and the market smells clean. Really nice place with a variety of products and lots of secure parking.

Bank back open inside store! Store also carried all three flavors of the new Hidden Valley Ranch sauces. They really pay strict attention to cleanliness of stores and lots as well as carts with the sanitation station.

It's a pretty standard jewel osco. I usually do self-checkout and I've had no issues or any issues finding what I need. I also use their pharmacy because they're faster with filling the scripts and have lower-priced meds insurance doesn't cover.
