I live close in this area. I'm here about twice a day. I love my target red card and app. I get to attach coupons and even receive gift cards for promotional purchases. They do a great job at keeping this store clean and organized. I'm forever a shopper at this store. They also have a Starbucks in this target and huge grocery section.

I am a Targetier. I love shopping there. It's clean, and the employees are polite, respectful, courtesy, and willing to help.
Hillside CVS is great are 💯%

The bad thing about Target is that "ALL", OF THE ELECTRICAL CARS are SAFTY HAZARDS."
They either don't work or they have steering and start and stopping problems. 🤷
Either you can't get it to move or when you are able to get it to move, then it won't stop until you turn it off.
I almost ran into a shelving full of glass products.

Shoutout to Michael at the cash register. Such a chill vibe and very easy to talk to. He made my day. Plus he put my groceries in the cart for me. He did a lot of small steps to make a big impact, while at my routine visit at Target. Top G employee.

Receive excellent service however when I got home their was a discrepancy in my receipt.

This review is for the optical, I have had a couple issues getting my sons glasses, and both times the employee named Jose, has taken care of me. He looked for my sons glasses the first time( they were still in a shipping box) and he helped me get a new frame when another pair I had ordered had been delayed since July. He’s so attentive and helpful. Thanks again!

I love the products at Target. They are reasonably priced and of good quality. Their return policy is excellent but the best part are their employees. They are keepers.

I went to this location for a product that was listed online as having '8 in stock'. Of course, I didn't see any on the shelf when I arrived. The cashier Fallon was so sweet and helpful. She suggested that I go to the customer service desk so that they could help me. The manager, Tiffany, was AMAZING! She gave me insight about how the online inventory system isn't always the most accurate especially around holiday season and that the local store has most updated information. She accompanied me all the way to area where the product should've been and when she didn't see it, she went to the back of the store and brought me the item I was looking for! It took less than 5 minutes. She is the type of management that ALL retail businesses NEED!!! Good sales and marketing are important, but customer experience really seals the deal when making lifelong return customers. Everyone on the morning shift was so polite and professional!

I shop here often, their bakery is delicious! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the ladies in bakery, register and self check out. Their customer service is 5 stars and always greeted with a smile and asked how I'm doing.

What a great store and experience I had at Target today. Everything I needed and wanted were available and the checkout clerk was fabulous

Very nice location, lots of great stock including many kids' clothes. Starbucks inside (bonus!) and pretty good grocery selection.

The two downsides: I've never seen more than 3 open lanes. Ever. And I've also never been in the store when they weren't stocking or rearranging, which gets really frustrating to constantly have to steer around huge boxes and look around employees...

I visited Target Optical in Hillside. All of the staff has been tremendous but the employee Comora went above and beyond with her service on each of my visits. Let her know to keep up the great work.

This target has great organization and I could locate and spend a lot more money here than I ever could at the Rockford, IL location. This store is organized, it is not cluttered, the location of items are clearly labeled and are placed in straight rows without clutter some round abouts. The grocery area is fabulous. This store set up is a model store set up.

Love the fire fly and competency of employees and cleanliness of store. When searching online love the ability to search at other locations if my home store is out of stock. Plus it let me know quickly the status of the availability of the item at the stores.

Curbside pickup experience was GREAT. The ease of ordering and contact less pickup was better expected. The young that assisted me very professional and courtesy.
