Tru by Hilton Cincinnati Airport South Florence

Great location within walking distance to a lot old places wether it a hair store to Walmart and many restaurants. I spoke with Hannah at the front desk she was very accommodating and a lovely personality definitely would request this location for her specifically if I was in the area easy to book and easy to speak too Cody was also great as well really appreciate good customer service this day bc most places are lacking. This hotel is modern, clean and has lots of games, pool, giant connect 4 and more in the lobby. Great place to stay with kids. Free coffee and hot chocolate too!

This place was great for a quick stop. Modern and no frills in rooms. Cool lobby with pool table, swing chairs and large games like Jenga and connect 4. Pool and fitness area was clean. Added bonus was the pelaton with login info to use

Great choice for an affordable hotel. Very active lobby which surprised me a bit. But it's great everything is centralized in the lobby.

Breakfast was good, but you'll wait for pancakes if it's busy. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and staff are very nice; staff in particular were over-the-top helpful and pleasant.
There is nothing wrong with the room, it is simply a different experience than I am used to. Given the availability of hotel "suites" I would likely choose them over "Tru". For just a night or two, "Tru" is fine.

Jay was amazing. She was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfy and the room was dark so my husband and I had the best mid-day nap of our lives. But we will be back because of Jay. You have an amazing woman running everything and making sure everyone's needs were met

Nice and clean. My only complaint is the room we stayed in, it was really hot. I turned the heat down to 62, it was still hot. I turned the air on, which was super loud.

5 stars for Hannah!! I accidentally made my reservation for a Tru in another location far away and didn't realize until I was at the airport calling for the shuttle! Unfortunately for me, this location was fully booked for the weekend. Hannah went above and beyond by calling other Hilton properties to find one with availability. She even helped with my cancelation at the other property. Thank you so much to Hannah for taking the stress out of an extremely stressful situation!

This is a well equipped hotel, lots of breakfast options (pancake maker/bagels/cereal/ omelette/juice), snacks/beer/boxed wine/microwave for popcorn/few frozen or fridge easy meals, pool table, indoor pool but no hot tub. Rooms were clean and no issues. The TVs were huge but had low refresh rates so watching movies was different visually.

The front staff were great, had issues with digital key working on the pool entry. One inconvenience was the side doors outside did not have an entry pad, so you had to walk around to the main entry to enter every time. This place was busy, and maybe a large family reunion was happening and they took over every area (left stuff all over pool claiming pretty much chairs although not present, same in lobby/eating area, allowed kids to drag pool sticks on floor and run around crazy)- although you expect parents to correct this behavior and not be so inconsiderate, there were so many of them I understand why the staff didn't address this.

1. Check-in Upon entering, the hotel was clean, modern, and vibrantly colorful. I booked through priceline, and check-in was seamless. Employees were very courteous. We stayed for 3 nights. Also free parking with more than enough spaces.

2. The Room: The tv in my room had a personal welcome message when I entered. Also, the tv had youtube, netflix, and live tv which was a huge plus considering many hotels have outdated tvs and charge more thanthis hotel. I loved that the room didn't have carpet. No odors from previous guests. The glass shower was nice and modern, just had to wipe it down a bit more before using because housekeeping missed a few spots. I never use hotel body wash because it dries out my skin but decided to try it, and I really liked it! The only down FOR ME was the bed. I thought it was too thin and firm. However, the two people I stayed with found it to be comfortable and had a great night's sleep each night. Oh and the room had a fridge. Microwave in the common area.

Family Friendly Amenities- Like a lot of hotels, there was an indoor pool and a gym. Both were clean and used by the others who stayed with me. They had nothing but compliments. The lobby/ lounge sitting area was great! Breakfast was served every morning. The kids seemed to be impressed with the pancake maker. Lol. The microwave is also in this area which I thought was convenient for when my food got cold. I stayed on the first floor but people on other floors may rather have the microwave in their rooms. In the lounge area was also a game area stocked with board games, a life-sized Connect 4, and a pool table. We played pool and Trouble and had lots of fun. There is seating outside if you want to enjoy the weather or an evening around the fire pit.

Revisit? I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in town. It's a no-brainer!

Hotel and room were exceptionally clean! Spa shower was amazing! We will keep Tru by Hilton top on our list when traveling.

This was our first time here and we loved it!
The staff were down to earth, very nice to talk with, and very helpful.
The pool was warm, we had a relaxing swim.
They serve breakfast every day and not just bagels and coffee. The room was cozy and our furry kids had a relaxing time there. We will definitely be back.

I've decided to make my review about Jantania because otherwise my 1st visit to Florence wasn't so great(nothing to do with hotel). Her professionalism, hospitality , good spirit; attitude for the job, is 5 star rated. I firmly believe she cares for her job, and aims for guest satisfaction. Manager qualities for someone who isn't but should be. Her aiming to please, I assumed she was the manager. The overview of the hotel is 3 star because as Hilton they should have in room microwave, hot tub, and bathtubs. Shout out to the girl on night shift Nikki . At a desperate time she helped me out with a good attitude about it. All my issues that made my trip negative, the staff aimed to rectify the issue although they weren't the cause of it. The shuttle within 2 mile radius is great. The location is great. Needed items in walking distance. Clean. Coffee at the station was good.

It was very nice. Beds were comfortable and TV had extra channels. Loved the shower. Delicious breakfast. Stored our vehicle there for a week while flying out of airport. Very satisfied.

Only one complaint…. The breakfast, the egg omelette was Nasty & the bacon was undercooked.

It has been a while since visiting a Hilton Tru and what a pleasant surprise. Very clean lobby and room. The room was comfortable, but the thermostat is a little off. I had to set the temperature to 66, so that it was cool in the room. Probably just a minor thing. Breakfast was typical of Hilton properties with the bagels, premade omelets, and pancake maker.

I enjoyed my night. Clean, hospitable and well mannered workers. Service was great and I recommend again and again.

First I want to say how kind the staff are, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I thought I left something in my room after checkout and they checked on it right away and called me back! Second are the facilities, gym, pool, coffee, snacks and breakfast. Third is the very clean rooms that are very fresh smelling. Fourth the showers, great showers!! Fifth, they are close to walking to anything you need. While I stayed there I got my nails done nearby, had a great Thai dinner and went to Walmart for anything else I need.

Had a quick overnight stay here to catch an early morning flight. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Rooms were very tech savvy, and although smaller, meet every need we had.

Will definitely use them again, and stay at the Hilton Tru brand again as well!
