This place is beautiful! It smells so good when you walk in and it was so clean! I felt very comfortable coming in. I was greeted right away but they gave me space to shop. There's a large selection here too. Something for everyone!!! Look forward to going back.

Our ice maker had quit working. After the run around from GE, Dusty's provided fast courteous service. Always called and showed for appointments. Diagnostic and fan replacement appointments were both in 2 days. Our technician was personable and polite. So happy a friend recommended Dusty's.

The name confused me. I thought it was a janitorial supply house and I went there for a hepa filter and couldn't find one. Nice employees though. 2 hours and $300 later I left as a happy customer. Great marketing "Bate and switch " they have what you need for both!

We bought 7 products and they worked incredibly well, very excellent material and the workers there helped us with every question that we had and were more than helpful with every question we had. The best customer service that I’ve ever experienced. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely excellent customer service and place of business.

Store was setup very nice and clean! The workers were very chill and were there if needed, but didn’t make you feel pressured! Had so Many different selections of everything and decently priced!

Had Theah help make a decision on which product to purchase, overall really pleasant experience. Although still awkward to purchase certain things without the anonymity of being online, they did their best to make me comfortable while in the store

The two ladies were incredibly helpful in helping me make an informed decision regarding my purchase. Dusty Flynt's sexy gifts has a chill vibe..Generally, I shop at a competitor in Downtown Cincinnati, but it's the chillness and prices that will make Dusty's the store I shop from here on. The item purchased was $10 cheaper than the competitor, and you don't get pestered by the staff. They are there for you if you have questions or need help. But they don't follow you around like you're doing something wrong and that goes a long way

The Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products. The staff made wonderfully suggestions and was even brutally honest about some products they disliked. The variety on products and prices was much more appreciated then the more common places. I am now a regular customer and definitely prefer the mature crowd. I do not have to worry about people bringing their children. I would highly recommend.

To be honest I was very nervous before deciding to come in. I knew they had an online store but I prefer purchases in person. Anyways when I walked in one of the lady staff greeted me happily and asked if I need any help. I was just browsing, but when I found something I liked, I asked for her advice and was very kind and knowledgeable. She even opened the package to battery test it, which was reassuring. All in all 10/10 would recommend. I will come again. (´ ▽｀).。ｏ♡
Edit mark: I forgot to mention the prices, yea I’ve seen reviews of people mentioning expensive prices. But to be honest I think it depends on the brand of the toy. I saw some 30$ and others 90$. I went with a in between for 60$. Not too pricy just gotta look around.

I went for the first time yesterday i was searching for an alternative to hustler as far as toys go. I was really impressed with their selction of products as well as their range of prices. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Its was not awkward at all and I actually had fun and discover 2 new products thanks to the girls. Will definitely go back with my best friends! Thanks girls!

I was in the Florence location today, Brittany and Emma was on shift. I usually hate shopping in stores I usually shop online but Brittany and Emma where really nice and helped me find what I was looking for. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I will definitely be back in the near future!

Me and my girlfriend come here every once in a while. It's the only shop that I know around. They have a great selection of products, for anyone, as well as a great staff thats always willing to help out and answer any questions you may have about any product. Just an FYI they also test any electric (battery, plug in, chargeable) products before you leave the store if you wish to do so.
