Kraft - CRB

I had not been to Kraft in Champaign in 20 years. Very efficient. I was loaded and out within a couple hours. 20 years ago it seemed like a couple days to get loaded. I would definitely return!

No shipping after 1:30 pm last time am late for my pickup check in around 1:20 pm they told me if you came after 1:25 pm you will be back tomorrow to pick up load at 6 am because am late after all good experience couple times delivery and pickup no issues

As soon as I checked in with security, went straight to shipping office and got a door right away. I was done in 2 hours with paperwork. They have overnight parking. Everyone was very nice!

Fast loading will load early if product is ready easy docks to back into.

By seeing the reviews, was a lil disappointed at first but with me it’s like this, my own experience is the best but I do read reviews and never get my hopes up about a place according to the reviews that I read and so forth. Checked in 10 mins before time. Appt was at 630am. They Started unloading maybe 15 or 20 mins after I docked. They took about 45 mins to unload. Light turned back green, went and got my paperwork and got on my merry little way. My experience was great!!

Fast loading was in and out in good timing..

New customer for my company. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice facilities, plenty of room for parking and also provide actual restrooms for drivers, which is very rare these days. Hope we continue to deliver here.

Read the reviews however I've pickup here several times and never had an issue that I could recall.

My recent experience.
I had a delivery scheduled for 7am, arrived at 6:35am, checked in, received a dock door and was leaving with paperwork in hand at 8:32am however I didn't drive far because I'm also scheduled for a pickup here at 5:30pm today. I drove to the other side of the building and checked in at 8:56am for my 5:30pm pickup. NOW, I know I could be sitting for awhile but I'm fine with that and here is why....
1. I have food and drink on my truck and they have a inside restroom
2. I don't have to deal with the traffic, leaving here and then coming back plus it save me on fuel.
3. AND IT'S A POSSIBILITY THEY MIGHT LOAD ME EARLY

Update for 5:30pm pickup.....checked in at 8:56am. They called me with a dock door at 9:25am. Delay on loading because I had to sweep out my trailer (No fault of theirs). Trailer clean and backed into dock door at 10:00am. Loaded and paperwork in hand at 2:20pm. Anyway you look at it I consider myself ahead of the game. Awesome job Kraft-CRB in Champaign, Illinois

Appt at 2:30pm, checked in by 12:30pm, out by 2pm.
Clean and good. Friendly staff

Very easy n smooth picking up n departing procedure

I saw all the negative reviews…and was being negative getting to this facility…checked in 2 hrs before my appointment…and bang.!!! I got a door right away…been at the door loading for 1 hour and already got a green light…let’s see how fast my paperwork gets on my hands……friendly and courteous staff in all the facility…

2 hrs to unload can't idle on property

First time here picking up a load. Pleasant office personnel. Told me they needed 45 minutes to finish loading trailer. They got it done! 👍👍

Make sure you have enough hours to get in and out. If short on hours, you can drop your trailer and come back when you have enough hours. Scale on site.

I never had any problems with my loads they are really quick loading up the trailer.
