Lansing Animal Hospital

I have my kitty man here for boarding and Lidia has updated me already on how he's settling in quite well. She's been playing with him and keeping him company. I truly appreciate the love that's being shown to my little man. He's never been away from me so I'm feeling pretty confident that he's in good hands.
So far its been a pleasant experience for me here and I'm sure it will continue.

Yes 5 stars! I’ve had several dogs over my life. I have never encountered a more professional, compassionate and thorough vet than what Dr. Nava is. Although my miniature Schnauzer Milo passed from lymphoma, I felt that from the beginning to the very end I had an entire team that truly cared. You just don’t find that kind of service anymore and it’s so important when we entrust anyone with our fur babies. I’ve recommended Lansing Animal to other friends and family and they’ve said the same!

The Lansing animal hospital has taken care of all my furry babies for years. Very friendly staff. The doctor is amazing and explains everything to you, including answering any questions you have. You never have to wait long. They always have service with a smile.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Especially Dr. Nava. I can tell they are all dedicated to caring for pets. And we just met the new vet Dr. Barenie. She was so good with Abby, as were the two staff members in the room with us. I felt the visit was informational too! It's a great clinic!

The doctors and staff here are the kindest, most sympathetic people. They are very gentle and understanding of how much pets mean to their owners.

I love my veterinary clinic. I have been with them for 11 years. They are consistently kind and considerate. Their knowledge is invaluable. I would never entrust my pets to anyone else.

Very kind staff, I was seen on time, and their prices are very reasonable for veterinary care. I have a cat that I'm going to need to put down in the near future, and they not only gave me cost effective palliative care options to keep him comfortable, but helped me locate traveling euthanasia providers so I can help him go at home where he feels comfortable instead of at the vet where he's terrified. Compassionate, understanding, and helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

We love Lansing Animal Hospital for our black lab. We have gone there ever since we got him at 8 weeks old. They help me stay up to date on his immunizations and health needs and he is a perfectly healthy dog. Some may complain about the cost but I believe you get what you pay for. He's worth it to me!

I have been bringing my dog here for about 7yrs and I've never been disappointed. I started with one doc now his veterinarian is Dr Nava and she is the best. She takes the time to explain my dogs ailments and she really cares about your animal. Great Veterinary Services and clinic

Everyone was really nice there I had to put my cat down and everyone was just so understanding

They have a new groomer with the skills, patience and attention to detail required for grooming large dogs. I stopped going here years ago because the last groomer made it obvious she did not like grooming large dogs; first time she groomed it he was there for 6 hours while she finished the smaller dogs first eventhough he has a noon appt. At one point when I attempted to reschedule she advised their new tub only fits small dogs. So it was such a blessing to learn of Lynnette joining their clinic. It is truly now my one stop shop for for 13 year Great Pyrenees/Black lab mix. Everyone is so caring from the receptionist, to the nurses to the vet and now Lynette. I am very satisfied and appreciative of the time, care and professionalism she demonstrated today. I wish I recalled the receptionist’s name I spoke with today she was very sweet and calming . Using a new groomer can be nerve wrecking but I know we have the right one now.

Staff is great and so are the doctors...I like how the doctors explain treatment and answer my questions...plus I been coming for years..the hours can be better though...

I was up all night with my furbaby she was having a bad allergy reaction with itchy and painful hives....She was miserable and I was worried. I called the next morning Lansing Animal Hospital this was my first visit there and Lola's first visit too my call was answered by a polite kind young lady working there that day and was given an appointment same day and early. Everyone there working was very sweet and very helpful and kind. Dr. Nava was awesome and very informative and very helpful she was very caring for my furbaby and my concerns. I'm happy to say that my Lola is feeling better and within a day!!! To all the staff and Dr. Nava thank you so much for making my furbaby feel better and Lola thanks you all too. I definitely recommend Lansing Animal Hospital 100% and Dr. Nava
