Tim installed the roof on my new home. 6 years later when I was selling the house, a home inspector question a section of the roof. I was able to get a hold of Tim, he kindly took my call and reviewed the section of the roof in question. He even came out with a worker of his and physically inspected the roof. It was honorable of him to do this. I would highly recommend him.

I discovered a water spot on the ceiling of my guest bedroom. After reading reviews online, I called two roofers, and Tim being local to my area was available first. I instantly got a good vibe talking to him on the phone. He told me he would try to make it out that day but couldn't guarantee because he had a full schedule. He called later in the day and was very apologetic about rescheduling for the following morning and gave me a specific time. He arrived right on time--excellent communication.

He is a delight to talk to because he's been in the roofing business for a long time and knows his stuff. He and his guys located what he believed to be the source of the leak. They replaced a shingle that was missing and caulked three large nail holes. Plus, he caulked a couple of chipped pieces of siding that were bothering me. His price was reasonable, and the quality will be evident with the upcoming rains. He said from experience; he was confident he fixed the leak problem. Still, water travels, so he told me to mark with a pencil the spot on my ceiling, and if it grows over the next three rain showers, he will come back out. Otherwise, it was good to go to prime and repaint. Thanks for the great experience, Tim!

Great guy. I had a wind damage couple of days ago. I called Tim for inspection. Tim and his team were there few days later for the inspection and they glued few of the shingles down and were done with in 30 mins. The price for the job was VERY reasonable compared to what I was quoted by couple of the other companies.

Tim is an honest guy and provides an excellent service. I would recommend Tim for any roofing project.

Tim is AWESOME. Had a couple of leaks on our roof, the worst was from the vent flashing around the drain vent stack. He came out to bid the repairs to our roof and noticed that one was so bad that he estimated cost of repair on the spot and fixed it immediately with the spare flashing he carries in his truck.

He's in high demand, very busy, and there's a reason - he's very responsive, does great work, and cares. This is a rare guy to find in this trade these days and is willing to use his real name as his company name, which says something.

He also diagnosed another leak correctly when no one else could and gave us his honest input on our roof even though it meant not landing a complete re-roof right away.
