Still one of the best places around! The Al Capone is the best! Service was a little slow and the cashier seemed like she would rather be somewhere else but hat doesn't matter as the food is why I go there.

The sandwichs here are pretty good, coworkers all enjoy the food. Seems locally owned which is even better. Small shop with good food that has some creativity. This isn't a subway type cookie cutter sandwich place. The staff works pretty hard cause the shop gets busy, I have seen the lot pretty full.

Note* We placed an order and we were short a half of a danish blue. I called and they brought it to us. This won my loyalty!

My son and I are 100% addicted to this place! Lucky for us, it is 5 minutes from our house and also half way between the home and the office for me. I have never had a bad experience out of the countless times I've ordered from the Algonquin Sub Shop. The staff is very friendly. I will continue to grab lunch here at least a couple times a week.

Algonquin Sub Shop is always top notch! The Al Capone is by far my favorite sub on the menu. The food is fresh and made to order with quality ingredients. The staff is always courteous and welcoming. You also can't go wrong with the home made chili and soups!

We happened to be in the area and had a hankering to get some sandwiches and such for takeout. We ordered three sandwiches and one salad - a Waldorf, Euro Club, Al Capone, and a California Fusion salad. Ordered on line and all the food was ready 10 minutes before the committed time. All the sandwiches and salad were awesome, packed with complex flavors. Sometimes when ordering a salad with chicken, you wind up getting pre-cooked/pre-packaged chicken from who knows where, but the Cali Fusion came with freshly cooked chicken.

Holy cow!! Amazing subs, I’m sure, soup, definitely!!! I came here for a sandwich but decided to have the soup (I have the sleeve so my stomach is tiny) I asked to swap my sandwich for soup instead and boy was I happy I did!! The lemon chicken soup is to die for. It’s my fave soup so when I see it I get it. I’ve had it so many places and homemade and here is the best!!! I’ll be coming back for more and dreaming of this soup, ahAha my partner said their sandwich was really good too!!!

I was expecting to be blown away by their sub #1. I thought it was good but not as good as people hype it up to be. Also waited 15 min for the sub. I guess it is a thing. 4 stars
Update i went back again and had their pork chili sub and clam chowder, and wow! Very impressive! I now have upgraded them to 5 stars, not only that it only took about 5 min to get my food.

Such a good experience at this shop. I am not the type to leave reviews but me and my boyfriend went in today and each got a sub. I got a #6 “the veggie” and my boyfriend got a #7 “Italian veggie” (my boyfriend is vegetarian and I don’t always want meat) both our sandwiches were DELICIOUS. So full of flavor and you can tell the ingredients are good and fresh. The customer service was very good too ! They are very friendly there. It smelled amazing when you walk in, feels clean in there. Overall an amazing place with delicious food. And I’d like to point out that they have 4 different vegetarian subs. That’s pretty awesome ! 👏🏻👏🏻 definitely have to try this place out if you have the chance.

Great sandwiches! Not really a place for dine-in but there are a few tables. It’s pretty busy around the lunchtime. Plan accordingly.

Chili cheese fries are great, try a number 1!! By far the quality of food here exceeds every other sandwich shop in the area. I have been coming here for 10+ years and never had a bad meal. Cherry tea is delicious and not overly sweet. One of my local favorites.

Had the California sub. First time. Great sandwich. Good combination of flavors using grilled chicken, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, honey mustard and mayo. A little chili powder on the fries. Covid safe too.

They are always friendly and fast. Food is phenomenal. Love their creative sandwiches and I often crave their fries.

This showed up on Uber eats for the first time so I gave it a try, which is really unfortunate for me because it was freaking delicious and now I'm going to spend all my money here lol. Al Capone sub was delicious! And holy cow you get a lot of fries for a great price.

Delicious! Tried this place for the 1st time recently, super tasty and very reasonably priced! Music was a bit loud, but no biggie... Definitely will return :)

So good! I got the Monterey chicken sub and it was tender, flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The bread is top notch! The shoestring fries were a 10/10 as well, seasoned and so good alone, even w/out sauce or ketchup. My partner got the Al Capone and he loved it. Highly recommend this place!

Come here every time i want a good, warm sandwich! Have tried many, love them all. Priced about the same as other sub shops, but MUCH better quality!!!! Love it! You know the sandwich youre getting was made fresh, just for you.
