CKF has an amazing and supportive environment. I joined this gym in January and was unsure of how I would do. I had a habit of giving up and not being committed. It’s hard to go to a gym and have no idea what you should be doing or working on. CKF takes care of all of that! They have trainers and coaches on staff during every shift to give you guidance and show you how to properly complete the workouts, all of the workouts are created for the entire gym - you just show up and do it! Everyone is supportive and they really push you to give your best every day. They have awesome challenges that help with accountability and take your fitness and nutrition knowledge to the next level. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them! Totally worth it! In just 6 months, they have helped me achieve a loss of almost 50 pounds - all you have to do is show up, put in the work, follow their guidance and be consistent!

My daughter and I are new to the Crosskicks community and so far our experience has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING. All of the trainers have been very attentive and helpful, always at the ready for providing support and instruction. Every time we walk through the door, someone recognizes our presence and everyone remembers our names.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this gym and how I’ve not only used their challenges to learn and understand nutrition — the gym has also completely changed my mindset on body image and what strong is. Every coach has the credentials and knowledge to get you over whatever obstacle is in the way. It’s the most hands on and catered to you programs I’ve ever found in my entire athletic life since childhood. Make sure to sign up for some duck a diet too. Meals made easy and healthy for the family.

Big thank you to the coaches becoming like family and Coach Conner for being the best role model to my son. It’s priceless when your kid walks away proud from a personal training session. He’s been able to apply constructive habits and techniques in other areas of life.

Incredible. Nothing like it. Great trainers, Cole and Connor, who keep you moving while making you smile. True longevity workout with strength and cardio. Worked out with Ashley who kept the sense of community. Flexibility on start times and effective for all levels. I have a trainer and visiting family and it kicked my butt. 10/10.

I love this place! I have a lot of experience with gyms, as I have been working out for many years, at a variety of places, and I even have multiple gym memberships. Cross Kicks is definitely unique and provides an amazing workout! The coaches are great, they are very helpful and very motivating. The atmosphere and other gym members are awesome and make you feel like part of a family! I can’t say enough good things about CKF. I highly recommend to everyone of any level of experience!

I always hated going to the gym but that changed when I joined Cross Kicks. It’s a gym without the intimidating gym atmosphere. You go in, they tell you what to do, and you do it! Everyone is so inviting and friendly and truly feels like a family. Abby and Tony and all their coaches make working out fun and have seen great results in just 2 months. Can’t wait to continue my journey with Cross Kicks!!

Back in 2019 I was looking for a gym that would give me flexibility, no class times, a sense of community, and trainers who would be present, motivate and support its members. Fast forward 5 years later still at Cross Kicks Fitness- Algonquin and I have never once regretted walking through those doors! This gym is like no other and any CKF member will tell you that!! While I don’t have pics from my very first 90-day Challenge, I know that my body has changed but also my mindset. I see exercise as a way to live longer and have energy! I love my 5am workout crew and the fitness journey we are on. Cheers to the BEST trainers and fitfam ever!!💜

I recently joined Cross kicks Fitness after doing HIIT for 10 years and couldn’t be happier. A lot of research I found showed how important strength training was for long term results, especially in women 40+ to increase metabolism and fat loss. After trying CKF it was an easy decision to join. The owners Tony & Abby were so friendly and really knowledgeable with overall goals and can provide support in a number of ways. The trainers listen to your needs and assist with any modifications. The established members were all so welcoming. Everyone motivates and pushes you in an encouraging way. The shift in less cardio and more strength training has yielded results in less than a month. The workouts are self paced so are doable regardless of your current fitness level. Trying a new gym especially on with barbells & heavy weights, sleds, punching bags and more may be intimidating but I promise you it’s anything but here. Overall great atmosphere, coaches & members!

So we are talking about change, and my journey has been incredible and scary at the same time.
I'm posting this so we can all help each other be better, Cross kicks is a place where the people push you every day to be better and to be the best you can be. This is the kind of gym I never knew I needed. No specific class times, trainers always available, and such an awesome atmosphere. You are not just a number here, but instead one of the CKF family members. The workouts are pre-planned and you modify as needed based on your skill level. It removes the thought process, and is one of my favorite things about it. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed

A Gym like no gym, no class times and a constant trainer available. Crosskicks makes it fun to workout and to push yourself. The challenges are incredible, the nutrition knowledge that you learn and apply is even better than time spent in the gym. And when they say stick to it and the magic happens in the back half it’s true! I’ve experienced this in the 90 day and I’ve done several challenges and continue to learn new things each time. The entire staffs energy is one of the best parts too! Thanks CKF.

Absolutely amazing. The HIIT workouts are always different and incredible. I’ve been going since March and have yet to do the same routine. The owners and trainers are literally amazing. They keep me on track and the challenges they do a couple times a year are an amazing way to get your body and metabolism reset for success. I love everything about this place, I just wish I found it sooner!! From march to July I dropped 8 dress sizes by going to class 5x a week for 45 min-hour. They work with you on food intake, macros, fats and proteins and make sure you’re set up for success and I am so grateful for this place!

I can't say enough good things about Cross Kicks! It has changed my attitude toward not just health and fitness, but I've noticed a change in my confidence and daily mindset. I joined nearly a year ago with no fitness background (couldn't run a mile or lift more than a 5lb weight) and now being at the gym is the high point of my day. I've participated in both the 90 Day Challenge and 7 Week Shred and I couldn't have completed any of them without the support of every team member and coaches. Amazing! My neighbor has been trying to get me to this gym for “five years”, I always told her, I can’t go because I know I’ll love it! And I totally did!! I started this gym during quarantine with their CKx30 videos and thought it was fantastic. When they opened up I got to experience it in person. I loved it and so did my workout friends!! We all joined and haven’t looked back! The equipment is well maintained, organized and highly varied. The workout was easy to follow but challenging. We’ve been living the high energy and friendliness of all the members and staff. They are all very welcoming, kind and and the trainer staff very knowledgeable. If there is something I can’t do or unsure of, they explain the love or give me a modification with a smile and lots of encouragement! I look forward to my workout every day! Kind of 😉

I recently joined Cross Kicks Fitness at their Algonquin gym. I had been exercising at home, but my progress had plateaued. I looked at the other local gyms, but they didn't have what I wanted. I was seeking shorter more intense workouts. I didn't need a juice bar or steam room. I need planned workouts and a high trainer to member ratio and the encouragement to increase my performance. That is exactly what you get at this gym! No matter what your current fitness level is, these trainers will work with you to adapt the workouts to make your goals attainable. If you put in the effort, you will succeed.
8 Months Later - I have been working out at Cross Kicks three mornings a week. I have now lost 53 lbs. and I feel great. This gym works great!
1 year later - I have continued to workout three mornings a week. I have now lost 63 lbs. and I'm in better shape than I have been in 30 years! Cross Kicks keeps you motivated by changing the routine everyday. That combined with support from the trainers, makes this gym a pleasure to belong and enjoyable to use.
14 Months Later - I continue to workout three mornings a week. I have lost 75 lbs. and I have added several pounds of lean muscle. I now weight less than I did in high school when I was on the swim team. I like the encouragement I get from the owner and trainers. They keep you motivated to stay on track. The only down side is that I have had to buy all new clothes!

Cross Kicks Fitness is an amazing place! The workouts are different every day, which keeps exercise interesting and fun. The trainers are beyond fabulous to work with-always able to help you! They are right there with you helping you to succeed and reach your goals. You don't have to figure out what to do next-it's all mapped out for you. Which I love! The new location is beautiful and has everything you need! The community of people makes all the difference too. Everyone is positive and encouraging. It truly is a special place to workout.

Cross Kicks Fitness is amazing! From the awesome trainers and staff to the best member tribe around. I've been a member for over 5 years now and truly can't imagine going anywhere else. I have been to a LOT of different gyms over the years and I have never experienced anything like Crosskicks. They run an incredible program full of support, education and variety. It is tailored to all skill levels and abilities. The training staff is encouraging, helpful and so much fun! The members are friendly and open and happy to lend a hand and always on the ready with a compliment. It is nothing like other gyms where you pop in your headphones and do the same things you always do. This place pushes you out of your comfort zone and creates an environment for you to make lasting changes and progress. Tony and Abby are some of the greatest people I've ever met and are with you every step of the way from your first day to your 100th. I can't say enough about this place. It's home!
