Ann is such an amazing person! She helped me pick out a whole new bed within my budget. She was very sweet. When I go to get a new living room set I will definitely look for her to have her guidance 🥰.

Everyone was super nice, especially Irene who spent a lot of time with me. Knowledgeable, kind, not pushy. I sometimes get overlooked as a female alone. I appreciate the kindness!
Also, Caesar, the store manager came over and introduced himself. That was also appreciated very much ch! Great job!

I recently visited the Ashley store in Algonquin as we moved to the area and needed some new furniture. Our salesman Chris helped us find and ultimately purchase a new dining table for our home. He was very helpful and never pushy. He also didn't try selling us anything we didn't need. He explained how the delivery would take place, including the additional warranty we purchased for the table. A great experience all around. Thanks

Looked all over for a reclining love seat without a console. Not only did Ashley have one, it was the color, born, and fabric, leather. Salesman Eric was awesome. Gave me a very good price and the delivery was great. Will definitely go back. Bought a complete bedroom set there 3 years ago and it looks just as good today. This is the place to go for great quality at a great price.

No pressure to make purchase, plenty of time to browse, finally, their sales representatives were very helpful, including the store manager. The store staff was very friendly, courteous and respectful.We will definitely return to purchase furniture, when the other new furniture is needed.

This location has every type of furniture for any type of household room you can imagine, but what really shines is its staff. One member in particular, Nicole, is so knowledgeable, especially in the bedroom section. She has given me such great insight for future purchases it’s unbelievable!

The merchandise is reasonably priced for being excellent quality. Yes, you may pay a bit more for a table, but you can tell that table will last for generations.

Check them out for your furniture needs. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Ed was the best salesperson to work with. He was knowledgeable, and worked hard to answer all of our questions. The manager in duty, Brendan, gave us the best deal possible on our furniture. It was a great experience.

Went into the store in Algonquin just to look at a piece of furniture we were buying online, thinking we were getting a good deal. We were greeted by Eric who was very helpful and not pushy by any means. The piece was sold out in the store but he did a little research and was able to get it for us with a better deal than we saw. Very thankful for his assistance and kindness.

Nicole De Nicolo was an incredibly helpful sales associate. I won’t work with anyone else at this store; she’s just that good. She helped us purchase beautiful furniture and worked through all of our questions with us (of which there were SO many).

Overall great experience. The furniture is great! Sales staff & manager were kind, friendly and honest. Only down side was the delivery timing. At time of sale was told that furniture could be delivered on a specific date and when delivery called they could not meet date promised. Delivery team did well!

I had a great experience from start to finish with Nicole D. at the Algonquin store! She triple checked everything along the way during the purchase and then checked in with me about delivery before and after the couch was delivered. Great service and I would definitely go back to her!
