Went here for closing for my client and I was very delighted how nice and accommodating the staff was.

Closed on our home here. Was a nice clean office with free coffee, water and snacks while you wait. All the staff were very professional and courteous.

When I'm at a title office it means a closing has happened! I like this location versus downtown because of parking. The ladies are always helpful.

Had a closing here went so well manager dee here was really nice and a wonderful person. But there is another polish lady here she’s been with Chicago title for just less than a year. She doesn’t know how to work there system nor do paperwork. I asked her about a mistake that was made on the Morgage and she rudely said if your gonna keep bothering me I can’t get this work done…. I would highly recommend chicago title to find someone professional to take her seat! I would recommend to go and see Dee she’s the best at chicago title!!

As a first time homebuyer, I went into this process knowing I wouldn't know much. Working with attorneys, inspectors, lenders, closers, etc. can all be very stressful...especially leading up to the close. Trying to learn as much as I could through this process, I had to ask A LOT of questions, and it's been a learning curve to know who to direct those questions to. Needless to say, I learned to NOT direct any questions to Chicago Title.

Leading up to our close I was informed to wire our closing costs to Chicago Title. Not having done this before, I inquired how to go about this process. Through back and forth email exchanges, I tried gathering the proper information with little luck. After many short and curt responses, I ended up on the phone with them in hopes of making the process a little easier.

A few highlights of the conversation....
* "I'm dealing with a lot of closings right now and don't have time for your questions."
* "You should work with your attorney to figure this out."
* "You're the first homebuyer I've had to work with in months who doesn't know how to do this."

As you can imagine, the conversation did NOT go well. I ended up hanging up, thanking them for their "customer service" and going to my bank to get a cashier's check.

So for any future homebuyers out there, here's your word of caution. If you're new to this, and don't like being disrespected and made to feel less than, take your business elsewhere.
