Smokey Bones Florence

Talk about some good BBQ! Rack of Ribs was huge! St. Louis style nice and thick! Ribeye was on Point! Lots of good sides, lots of flavor and food cooked just right! Appetizers were perfect and so good. Server was fast friendly and accurate! Salads were huge and the warm donuts and chocolate topped it all off! A must stop and building was clean and lots of room!

Well I was a curbside order. I immediately called and it was less than 5 min wait. Met the Culinary Chef who brought our food to the car and also moved from Georgia to manage Florence Smokey Bone. He was friendly, respectful, serviceable and informative about what was in my order. When I got home I served my wife and we both were so impressed on how delicious everything was. The amount of food for 2 and the price was fantastic. This was our first time eating from Smokey Bones and it won’t be the last time. The next time we’ll dine in. All we have to say is that everything was EXCELLENT! Thank you Culinary Chef, wish I would have asked for his name.

Came here and had the absolute best dinner, with the most wonderful, kind and sweet servers. Everyone from their kitchen, their chef, their servers and their managers were top notch! We had a lovely server named Robin, make sure to ask for her she is the sweetest. Also, the food is just absolutely delicious. You just don’t get service like this anywhere. & We tried both the West Chester Smokey Bones and the Florence location. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to come back!

If you haven't visited Smokey Bones, it should be on top of your list. The food was delicious. I ordered the Double Trouble and the ribs were cooked to perfection. The baked beans, I can't even find the words to describe how good they were. We also ordered the New BBQ Crowd Pleaser and it was incredibly good. If you like fried pickels, you need to try theirs. Our drinks, Blushing Strawberry Sangria and the Sunberry Spritz were so good and refreshing. The service was excellent. Lynn took excellent care of us. Billy the culinary manager came to our table and asked how everything was. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the food. He needs to keep doing what his doing in the kitchen because everything was beyond excellent. 5 stars 🌟 from us!!

Great meal. The ribs were tender and very tasty. Sid was out waitress did great job. Had food out prompt and exactly what we ordered. Perfect service. The mgr come out to ck on us really on it. Induced himself as Billy made sure everything was good and it was. Great dinning experience

Ribs are lip smacking’ good. The Takis street corn is delicious. Coleslaw was great. Our host, Billy was super kind and helpful. Brandon was our server and he did a excellent job of making sure nothing was brought out wrong. They are both an asset to this restaurant! Thank you.

My new wife has eaten here before and I trust her taste buds. But my goodness, their food is absolutely delicious 😋!! Alex, our server was on point with her pleasant attitude, checking on me and my wife, she's fantastic. Billy, the culinary boss is wonderful!! He's a vet for one, but really nice and treated my wife and I like we're the only customers. The brisket is the best I've had. Everything was good, and the sides are unlike any I've eaten. You all need to check this place out asap!!

Carlee was super nice as a server and my work group, new to the area, had a blast. Food was good. No complaints.

Carley is a great waitress. We were going to go to Olive Garden at her request. It was 3:00 and we figured it was a good time to beat the crowd. We were wrong as there was a 30-minute wait. We just figured we'd look around for someplace else. While walking back to the car we noticed the place next door smelled amazing! I'd never heard of or eaten at this place but it looked cool. What a great turn of events! The staff was very friendly and there was basically no wait. Everybody in the place seemed like they were having a great time. To be honest, the atmosphere was as good as anywhere I've eaten in the country. Will definitely come back. The food was very tasty and almost designer prepared. The cook even came out to make sure it was to our liking which it very much was. I can tell that the people that work here take pride in what they do. It is actually sad that places like this are getting so hard to find nowadays. Too many people seem to hate their job and not want to hide that fact from their customers.

Matt was a great server. He was efficient and really helpful with menu items. Billy is an extremely helpful culinary manager. Both made dinner a really pleasant experience. They both went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our food. We will certainly go back soon.

Carley was our waitress and was fantastic. Have not been here in a long time, but can tell it has really improved. Food was very well prepared! Service was great! Will plan to come back.

We came to dine in on Christmas eve with my family. Our server, Carley was very inviting and sweet. She had a big smile on her face while explaining the menu to us and recommended certain dishes and drinks. We were a more complicated table as we had a lot of questions about a lot of things and figured she would be annoyed but not once did she seem aggravated or unhappy to help. She is very great at her job and seems to really enjoy what she does which means a lot as a customer. The food came out amazing. All the meat was super tender and fresh. Me and my whole family absolutely loved every minute of being there. Also, was informed that they are now under new management and is better than ever. I guess old managed had bad food, and bad service. They shut down and started over with new owners and new managers and is better than ever. So if you haven't been here in a while and hated it last time, give it another chance!! I promise you won't be disappointed if you ask for Carley as your server.

We experienced quick and friendly service! We both tried the rib special with two sides and was delicious. Great prices as well! This location pays attention to detail, very clean for an older building. We spoke with the manager and he was very concerned with all his customers food and experience. Atmosphere was laid back & comfortable. Definitely recommend it!

First time here. Alex, our server was wonderful. She made helpful suggestions and the food was out of this world. We both had the half rack of ribs. I had the potato wedges and fresh broccoli and hubby had coleslaw and sweet potato fries. Everything was outstanding. We will definitely be back. The only thing we didn't like was the music. It was annoying.

The best personality Matt. So pleasant and attentive of customers. Look forward to come and see him.

I enjoyed my time at Smokey Bones. Carley and Alex our waitresses did very well in dealing with a table of 20. The week before we had an even bigger group and we're blessed with the service of a girl named Harper. And another time I had one of the best cherry Cokes from a man named Dylan. I hope they are all doing well out there. The food is top notch as well. Thank you staff at Smokey Bones.

Amazing dinner with super friendly service from Sara. Reasonable prices, excellent food, can’t beat it! Highly recommend! Try the Brunswick Stew!

Emily was our server last night and she was awesome!!! She kept our drinks full, extra napkins, and cleared dishes right away!! The food was amazing!! We will definitely be back soon

This place is great! Atmosphere is cozy and chill and Kim and her staff are professional and friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food was really good! Wings and brisket were made by someone with experience and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Amazing food and service! Our server Emily did amazing at keeping our drinks full and getting our appetizers and food as quickly as possible! We had a semi-large group and she handled us all very well!
