I recently brought my vehicle in for some troubleshooting, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
They had my car for longer than anticipated but communicated clearly throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way.
It was a pretty uncommon problem, one no one in the shop had ever seen before, but they were able to troubleshoot the issue and repair it in a timely fashion.

Overall, my experience was pretty great. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repair or maintenance. Thank you to the entire team for their exceptional service!

I went for emissions testing and on the spot renewal. I didn't have an appointment, just a walk in. Everyone was so nice. The lobby is very clean and pretty. They have a drinking fountain that has a water bottle station, so that was really nice. They were very busy, but they have a lot of bays and a ton of people working there. All the associates were busy and they were very fast (unlike other car places I go to, where the associates mosey around and chit chat with each other). It was a really nice first time experience.

Honestly I won’t go anywhere else for tires. I’ve had a hell of a time with owning a Tesla X & these cars being tire eaters as well as sketchy performance in the snow. Yeah yeah…lessons learned here (see my notes below). Nonetheless Justin gets my tires brought up next day & on my car ready for another season!🙏🏽
**they eat tires every 9-12 months depending on the amount you drive (I drive a lot). It’s the offset (can’t rotate them), sizing, weight of car, & instant torque that makes this equation extremely costly. And I will own the fact that between the materials required to produce the battery & the amount of tires I go through, it is NOT better for the environment.

Great shop. They do a great work and stand behind what they do. One of the most important things to keep in mind when looking for a mechanic is, can I trust them? The answer here is Yes!

These guys were so helpful! I did emissions and they were super speedy and they even helped me save a bunch of time by notifying me that I should make an appointment at the DMV. They were so amazing!!

Starting going to JP's a few years after moving to Utah on recommendation from a coworker.
Was told by dealers and other shops that I needed expensive repairs. Took it to JP's for an inspection before a long road trip, and they said all I needed was new tires if traveling 1000s of miles. $450 vs $4500+ quoted by the others.
That was 18 years ago, and the same folks are still at the desk, and the honesty and customer service that earned my trust is still present today.
Now I'm the person who recommends JP's to anyone looking for an honest repair shop or tire specialist.

Always come here for my automotive needs. The customer service crew, mechanics, and managers are hands down the best to deal with. Over the 10 years I’ve been coming here, I have never been up-sold on any service and they have never charged me for any minor service. They take care of my vehicles and trailers. Fair prices and great people, I highly recommend Midland Tire Pros over anyone else near by.

Just forewarning if you need major repairs, call now or someone else will that’s how good they are.

Multiple times my spouse and I have commented on how we feel they are honest with us, including correcting a mistake for free they made once (months later). For someone that isn’t handy with vehicles this is tops on my priority list. Good work is a close second and I can vouch that they indeed do great work!

We absolutely love this business and the employees. We've been taking our vehicles here for over 10 years. These guys always do a great job, are honest, excellent customer service and have fair prices. We just moved across the country and one of our vehicles was acting up before the long drive we had to take. So I brought it in to JP's and they looked it over and fixed every thing they could find. They did a great job, our vehicle made the long journey across the country beautifully with no problems. My only complaint about this business is they didn't move with us and now we have to find another auto care company that will take excellent care of us and our vehicles like JP's did. All jokes aside... These guys are great. Thank you for fixing our car so it could get us safely to our new home and new adventure.
