Dave & Buster's Florence

We went to D & B's for my nieces birthday. The guy that checked us in was so awesome. He was patient with me about adding cards to the app. The photo booth didn't work, so they sent over a game tech. That guy was so good. He fixed the photo booth and we got to try it again. Overall we had a great experience.
We didnt eat anything, so I can't give a review on that.

Nice place to come for games & food. Like an adult Chuck E. Cheese. Plenty of parking, area to charge your phone if your battery is dying but it'll cost you. You can reload your game card and purchase one from the kiosk if you don't have one. Plenty of restrooms and are usually clean. The women's restroom has probably 15 - 20 stalls, and about 6 areas to wash your hands. For the men's there's urinals & stalls per my husband "there's a lot" and the restroom is also usually clean. There will be kids here depending on the hours you visit bc it's a family place and depending on how many people are there it can get loud.

Absolutely loved this place. Took my niece for her birthday and the family and had a great time. The food was great. We had the pretzels and pizza at the bar. Also ordered drinks. Service at the bar was outstanding. Would definitely go back. The only negative is that it is a little pricey.

Its been awhile since I went to Dave&Buster's. I ordered the Voodoo pasta and it was worth every bite and the chicken was extra crispy just the way I like it.

Great food and fun games. We decided to make the trip to have a little afternoon fun. Directions were spot on. Not too busy. The only challenge was paying. You could do it on your phone, but we struggled. Nachos were the best thing we ate. My daughter won so many games she won a sweatshirt.

We take our kids here often. We didn't eat here as the one time we tried to it was an absolute train wreck from the get-go. We just enjoyed the games. There are plenty of games to keep kids of all ages entertained. You are awarded tickets for the games you play, which you can take over to a little prize shop type area and use the accumulated tickets towards prizes. It's a fun atmosphere for all!

We had our sons birthday party here, and could not be happier about the results. Booking the party was a breeze, and everything went smoothly. I had a little sticker shock at the initial price for the party, but it was well worth it. There was so much food, we had a lot of left overs. Speaking of the food, it was outstanding. I was not expecting much to be honest, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality and taste. The kids had so much fun. Everything was easy, and went very smoothly. The staff was very helpful, and did a great job taking care of our large group. We will definitely be using dave and busters for future birthday parties. This facility is so much better than the other company located in Newport KY. The game selection is great and offers a lot of variety. Also, there are tons of t.vs everywhere to watch a game. The bar area is very nice and clean.

I was amazed how great the food was. Not at all what I was expecting. I would come back here just for the food again in a heartbeat!! My son loved the games and had a blast.

Those hearing impaired it is difficult to hear in there.

Great place to have fun w friends and family, enjoyed a great deal of the games for play here. Giant Space Invaders and riding a Unicorn in one of the motorcycle games was cool. Axe game needs a lil help returning the axes and Hungry Hippo doesn't shoot enough marbles to grab.

We didn't eat anything. Kids loved the video games but be prepared to spend lots of money. Plan on $100 per kid. They say games average seven tokens, but most games I saw took 10 or more.

Just wanted to give our sever Cassandra a huge shout and and thank you! She was phenomenal! And the end of our visit, my non verbal autistic son who doesn’t like to be touched gave her a hug!! This is huge!!!!! I was flabbergasted!! This NEVER happens! We need more people like Cassandra in this world!!!

We had a GREAT time! It was my first time actually. Great atmosphere, workers, food, music, games, and whatever else I am forgetting. Spacious so people aren't running into or all over each other. I felt as though everything was reasonably priced. The bartenders made some delicious drinks! I will be returning soon! I have some leftover tickets to spend, lol.

We loved this place! The food is great and the games are beyond fun! You could literally spend all day here and make the best memories. Definitely coming back!

We had a great time at this location. My 6-year-old had a fantastic time. The food was way better than I thought it would be. The only issue would be the kid's menu. It has kraft mac n cheese on it. Just upgrade to Velveeta shells and cheese if you're gonna use boxed Mac n cheese.

Kids had a great time! Prices were steep. Food was less than stellar.
