Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Airport South/Florence

This is one of the best looking hotel that I have stayed in that was not Marriott! The staff was amazing and very helpful and cheerful from the Am and night crew! The room and bed was very roomy and comfortable Breakfast was on point. Not just one kind of waffle maker but two?!! Love the decor of the setting room and the lounge! Will return event thought it’s 25 miles from my destination .

Fairfield inn and Suites was a good hotel. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. For breakfast they have waffles, yogurt and cereal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage patties, and other things.

It really hit the spot in the morning for my one night stay. It was clean and I believe they said the hotel was about 5 years old so not too shabby.

Enjoyed my stay here while traveling for business. Clean and well run operation. Special shout-out to Jenny for a pleasant shuttle ride to the airport!

The breakfast bar was short on supplies the 2 bd morning. Hot water for tea was light brown. So, it was used for coffee at some point. We forgot charger cords. They notified us, but the only option was toss, or we come back and get them. Would have been nice if mail them to us at our cost.

Everything was good. Breakfast not so much. Eggs tasted a little funny. No whole milk, milk you had was more water than milk.

We booked two rooms and couldn't get the adjoining.

Great place this is the second time staying in this place, it’s clean, safe, very friendly staff, attentive, the service was exceptional. The breakfast super good. We had a wonderful time and definitely will come back again.

I like this motel. It is recently constructed. The rooms are clean, bright and well decorated. The bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is included as is 24-hour coffee. The fitness room is a nice extra.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The room is not that big and there is no safe but we are fine with it. Customer service was very good. All staff always greet us with a smile. The complimentary breakfast has a good amount of options and they always refill the food whenever it is empty. The outdoor pool is clean. It is not that big but has a very relaxing environment.

This was by far the most comfortable, clean and affordable hotel I've stayed in a long time.

Great customer service and clean common areas and rooms/linens. Smelled so good in the main lobby and did see cleaning in common areas quite frequently. One of the best hotels for the price we've stayed in the last few years.

Very clean and well maintained new hotel. Staff was welcoming, helpful and courteous. Allowed me to check in earlier than arranged by the new company I was training with. We had no issues with breakfast items running low but we were gone by 7:30 every morning. The pool was very clean and warm, just a bit small with a nice patio area for a cocktail after work. Huge flat screen t.v. in the spacious room with lots of charging outlets. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast. Stayed here a few times…and always treated well.

Clean and nice hotel with great staff. We checked in and out online which was convenient. Spacious showers! Breakfast is good. The airport is very close so be prepared for noise even during the night. Great location though!

Overall a nice place to stay. The room was very nice and clean and prepped. The restaurants and food options around there are more than enough to choose from. The hotel lobby was clean and looked very well. Would stay here again

This is a brand new hotel. The new modern look and feel of the new Fairfield's is worth the stay to experience. The king suite rooms are spacious. The staff at this location is exceptional. Sarah followed up during our stay to make sure we were happy with experience.

We were greeted by Shea at the front desk upon arrival. Everything was in order with our precheck in. The lobby has a welcoming atmosphere with the modern smoke fireplace. There is a large table in the front lobby for families and friends to play games.

There is plenty of table space for the breakfast area where the included buffet breakfast is included. If you follow my other reviews of Marriott properties you will see I have experience in recommending properties as a lifetime member of the highest tier level. Stay here you will not be disappointed.

Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were nice, Lots of places to eat around the hotel.

The staff WAS AMAZING 💕!!! They offer hot breakfast every morning! They have a pool, workout room and a laundry facility for guest. Ashley at the front desk was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely suggest Fairfield for your short or long stays!!! Also the prices are great for the quality!!!

Very comfortable! A lot around the area as well in regards to stores, restaurants etc...and it's right behind the Larosas on Merchant if you don't want to venture off too far! The Gym has a nice set up for you to pass some time and the housekeeping staff are always nice and friendly!

Nice, new hotel with a comfortable feel! The staff was great! Charlise and Shaunda and the manager were helpful and friendly. As a travel specialist, I will recommend this Fairfield to any of my clients traveling in this area. Very impressed with the service, cleanliness, and complimentary breakfast. Wonderful value. Great for business travel, personal travel, and families!
