Rachel Schmitt, (Dental hygiene) Is an all-star she is amazing. I have never had a dental hygienist, as personable as she is and very educated , what an excellent experience. I love Cincinnati dental. All the crew is fantastic and Dr. Rolf is an excellent dentist I am so blessed to find such an awesome staff. Thank you so much.

Everyone was really nice. The dental assistant was so nice and patient. They were having issues with my insurance. The doctor was so nice and took time to answer all my questions.

Dr. Rolf was thorough in his exam and I truly felt his commitment in providing quality dental care. He was attentive to my specific needs and I greatly appreciated his feedback. Additionally, he is very lucky to have such an amazing team to support his practice. Destiny at the front office is an amazing multi-tasker! She was busy answering calls, but found a way to make sure I checked in and completed any necessary paperwork. Neither myself nor the callers felt rushed, she provided a great atmosphere. I also wanted to give a huge shout out to Rachel Schmitt. Oh boy, where do I begin? She is nothing short of amazing, the place is truly blessed to have her. How she balances her level of professionalism and friendliness is a gift. I’ve never felt so at home at the dentist.

Rachel is a fabulous dental assistant. I've had her twice, the second appointment was at 7am (the only one I could get)! She was cheerful and easy going, even that early in the morning!

Cincinnati Dental in florence is by far the best dentist i’ve been to!! Erica, Jennifer, and Destiny are so kind and helpful with all of my questions and needs and Dr. Rolf is wonderful! Everyone there makes coming to the dentist feel safe and comfortable. Would leave 20 stars if I could!!!

From the time I entered the office nothing but friendly and welcoming. Fast service and I left with no questions. Staff was on point. Excited for my next visit. Thank you all for all you do.

I love Cincinnati dental. The hole staff is kind and courteous. They genuinely care about you as a person and want you to be happy with the quality work that they do. From the front desk to the dental assistance to the dentist they are all awesome. They really know how to make me feel good about my choice to come there to get the work needed to be done on my teeth fixed and very reasonable prices okay

A very nice relaxing dentist office. The staff is wonderful and talk to you before, during and after your visit. Dr.Michael Rolf informs you of your necessary needs. And he has a great sense of humor. He makes you feel comfortable.

I haven’t seen a dentist in over 6 years and I was nervous about going to a new office. I had a great experience here! Seems like they have a good set up to ensure patients aren’t waiting for very long. I got right in and out. My dental hygienist walked me through everything she was doing. Dr. Rolf is very thorough and professional. I love this office!

Very nice staff and will work with you if you're insurance doesn't cover something

Great office. Just be careful, I checked to make sure I wasn't going to have to pay any out of pocket costs for my filling and they told me my insurance would cover it. After it was done, they told me I had a $135.00 copay

They were very nice and provided me with lots of details and tools to help keep my teeth and guns healthy! As good as an experience can get at a dentist!

I was a new patient top CDS in Florence. It was far and away the best Dental experience I have ever had. The extras they include like 3D Scanning and Cancer screening were unexpected and welcome. Great job!

My experience at Cincinnati Dental Services, Florence was a good one. I was taken back for my procedure a few minutes after my scheduled time. The staff and dentist were friendly and professional. All of my concerns and questions were answered.I am anxious sometimes during my treatment and the staff always listen and are very patient with me.I was there today getting my mouth scanned. I will be receiving my implant in a couple of weeks. I have been a patient of Cincinnati Dental Services (nor always at this location) for at least 20+ years.

People were very helpful and friendly. Nicaea was an excellent hygienist. She explained everything she did and was very through. Dr. Rolf was kind, through also and explained all he did and suggested. Highly recommend them.
