Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence/Cincinnati Airport

The management and staff are all very nice, personable, and helpful. If you need anything, at any hour, all you have to do is ask. They don't just know you by your room number, they know you by name from day 1 and I love that! Very clean, no bugs! They allow pets which was a plus for me! I will definitely be coming back!!!!

Friendly staff they go above and beyond.they make you feel like family. If you need something they will do there best to help you. House keepers lady's are great! Clean rooms! I love the place and will keep going back

Nikki was very nice and helpful when my family arrived. She explained where everything was located and the Breakfast hours. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and they have smart T.V.'s so we couldn't watch our Netflix shows.

The lady at front desk Nikki was so helpful in checking us in and getting our things to the room which was very clean and spacious, Dawn kept our room clean and toiletries for our week stay. If I ever need a week away I’m coming back to this place, the people care and the stay was great!!!

I had a very good experience here. No bugs, no issues. Anything I needed the staff was more than happy to help. They really make you feel like family while you're here.

Had a great time during my stay here. A good breakfast every morning. Dana from house keeping was so kind. And the WiFi worked great.

Room was clean and cozy, plenty of food options nearby as well as shopping. Oh and Kristin at the front desk is so sweet and very professional. She deserves a raise for all that she deals with!!

I was travelling from Canada to Indiana for the weekend with my 2 kids. We needed accommodations overnight and this was priced right and close to the highway.
Only 30 seconds off the highway, when arriving at the hotel I noticed how clean and presentable the exterior was. Inside, the hotel was clean and was greeted with a warm welcome. The lobby was bright and spacious. Our room was located on the first floor, and was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, with newer bedding and pillows. The washroom was clean and spacious. I was surprised by how quiet this hotel was for such close proximity to the airport. There was no noise from inside our room. You could not hear the ice machine (which was very close to our room), nor could you hear planes passing overhead.
Breakfast was a large assortment of good things for everyone to enjoy. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book here again.

Love to stay here when ever possible. Employees are always very helpful and always willing to compensate in any way possible no matter how busy they are. Always greeted with a smile. The property itself is very snug in-between Kane's and World of Golf. Even after hours you get the same service and hospitality. Also being right where it lies the property at night feels very safe to even take a stroll around, with each exit offering a different view. Breakfast is very good to wake up to every morning with a great selection and tight ship being kept by a very nice host. P.s. don't leave a mess you might walk the plank. Which is to be expected.

Microtel is potentially the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I only stayed for a few days, but it was a pleasant surprise. All of the housekeepers are amazing, along with the staff that is super kind. A huge plus to it all is the great location it’s placed at. I’d very much recommend anyone this hotel. For sure, I will come back to this hotel one day.

MicroTel Inn & Suites is my go to. I have stayed long term and short term and have never had any problems. The whole staff from the front desk to the housekeepers are so nice and do their job professionally. I would recommend anyone I know to stay here. I love this place. And being able to earn points through Wyndham Rewards, that’s just another perk. The points add up and you get to stay a free night. I will always come back to MicroTel.

I only chose it to be 5 stars to let people know how this hotel works. I stayed there for one night, expecting the experience to not be that bad. When we first got there, they were rude. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but had a terrible smoke smell. The room itself was clean, so it was fine at that point. On the back of the door it says checkout time is 12, and it is not. They have no book in the room for TV channels, Or any information about the hotel. When we checked out, it was great. Until we realized they charged us twice the night before and still never refunded when the manager said they refunded it. I called back three times and nobody seemed to be interested in giving us our money back.

The hotel itself isn't anything over the top , however, it's reasonably priced, and the staff definitely take care of the people. I just purchased a new vehicle and left it there for a week while utilizing the shuttle service to and from the Cincinnati airport. They made me feel comfortable doing so, and there were no issues upon returning. There might be flashier places, but you won't find nicer folks! Highly recommend!

Yall get what you pay for, if you want classy and fancy go to a 5 star.
There site clearly let's you know what their rating is, but trust me, this is the only place I'll stay in Florence from here on.

And one last thing, they do there best to separate the smoking rooms. And I for one, as a smoker, am grateful they still offer smoking, in certain sections.

Can't make everyone happy eh?
