This was a great experience actually, although they were slammed everyone was super nice, informative and friendly. I don’t actually live near this location but would definitely make the drive to visit from now on. Everyone was and everything purchased was great. I wish I could remember a few of their names I spoke with.

Staff was friendly and according. A staff member actually went to the back from the register to find me an item I was bummed they were out of. (Snakes in the grass) It was July 3rd and the place was packed! You have no idea how much her service meant to me. My 2 yr old niece LOVED those snakes as much as I did as a kid!! Melts my heart! Thank you so much.

Everyone was professional and assistant with anything we needed help with. The help us create our 600 dollar 4th of July show. Walked us through and helped us pick what fire works to start off the show and end with. All came to 600 dollars but felt like a billion dollar show when we watched it with or family and neighbors.

Have a buy one get two so you can't go wrong with that.

I have been buying from them for over a decade, plus when you are a returning customer they will feed you many coupons through the mail, like buy one get two free even on big $150 items, but they have great coupons for smaller items too. Shop the best & forget the rest.

Since it’s the off season, everything was basically 1/2 off! The young lady that was working provided excellent customer service. She was able to answer all my questions and point me to exactly what I was looking for. Great prices even if not half off! Definitely recommend!

Aside from unexpected extreme high demand for independence day 2020, this store is always well stocked and clean. The staff are Pyro-enthusiasts who can recommended products based on your likes. The manager is super friendly and helpful, as well. He goes above and beyond to make things right if end up with a defective product.

Love this store especially when everything is buy one get and have coupons for free $100 500 gram cake. Highly recommend going well before the fourth of July, if you want the bonuses and short to no lines.

Great customer service!! Mark took great care to help us find everything we needed and even went out of his way to show me an assortment and coupon and help me save over 50$. I would highly recommend this place!

My son and I visited Phantom fireworks in Florence KY the first week of July this year, 2020. We were met by very knowledgeable and kind staff, eager to assist in any way possible. We were able to redeem every single coupon that we received from their USPS flyer, which saved us $200 over our 2-day visit! The friendliness of staff, the location's manager who helped me with a receipt question, who promptly awarded me with a complimentary gift for my trouble, made our annual visit to Phantom Fireworks, all that much more memorable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent selection from party poppers to finale racks. Great deals if you shop early. I shop here every year for the 4th.

Best place to get real fireworks. These aren't the small cheap ones you find at the box stores. There is a nice price range for every budget. Just don't wait to long. The best ones sell out quickly!

Don't ever shop the day before the 4th, lol. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait in line to long. Even tho shelves were bare still got a few things.
