Everyone was incredibly kind, everything was incredibly clean and in working condition, we were SO impressed. Breakfast was lovely, coffee was amazing, and I truly couldn't find a complaint if I tried. Staff was quick, friendly, and efficient. I liked that only those with keys could get upstairs (you use it to operate the elevator), the pool was open, clean, and so nice and warm! The soaps they provide were good for your skin and smelled nice. We will definitely be back and be stopping at any other Home2 Suite locations where we travel. Usually hotels are just a place to sleep and shower and get out, but I could see having an actually decent stay here!

This was a great place. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had everything you would want for a one night or multiple night stay the front desk service was OK but there were a lot of people there so I was understanding it was a good breakfast for being continental. I would definitely stay here again, and encourage anyone in the area to stay here also.

I chose to be bumped from a Delta flight in exchange for credits and an overnight hotel stay. Delta put me up initially at the Microtel right next door. I will spare you the details, but suffice to say that place should be shut down by health officials or law enforcement (literally, the issues are too long to list here). I looked out the window and saw Home2 and decided to drag my suitcase up the hill to stay here instead. Wow! What a difference. Home2 was super clean, friendly, spacious... and no mold or bugs:) The front desk team was very understanding of my situation, can't say enough good things about the service. Overall great experience, would definetely stay here again.

We had a short but great stay at this location, we frequent Hilton properties. It seemed very new and clean, everyone we encountered was very friendly. Pam at the desk was very helpful and professional.

Pam at the front desk was exceptional. Great customer service, warm and professional. We loved the breakfast and the rooms were very nice.

We stayed here on a whim because we needed a break from driving. The staff were friendly. The rooms, hallways and overall hotel was clean, you could smell cleaning products. The outdoor fire lounging area was nice at night. Breakfast was nice and more than enough choices! The kids in our room were a bit loud and annoying but other than that no complaints! 😉 Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly upon arrival. Our room was absolutely spotless! We have stayed many, many places as a family and this place was by far our favorite of all. It was quiet, clean, beds were great, breakfast and the coffee was spot on. Overall, extremely comfortable! Was nice to come back to this room after a long day of traveling and visiting for a baseball game. Highly recommend!

This is my first time staying g at a Home2 by Hilton. The hotel is right in the ride of shopping and so many different restaurants to try. I really enjoyed staying here during our spring break. The rooms are very spacious. We had a standard 2 bed room, and it came with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a set of dishes and silverware for four. The inside pool was a hit for my kids. The breakfast was good, but the service from one of the kitchen staff members ( Anita was her name) was VERY RUDE both mornings we had breakfast downstairs. She was not only rude to my family but to another family also. Please don't let *Anita - kitchen help - deter you from staying here, though. Just report her like we did!

We really enjoyed our one night stay here. The room was very spacious and clean. The pull-out couch was not only larger than most I’ve seen in hotel rooms but was in good shape and actually provided an adequate sleeping spot for our son. The room came equipped with a full fridge, large sink, microwave and dishwasher. We did have a rambunctious child in the room above us that arrived late in the night which was unfortunate, but no fault of the hotel, just a reminder for us to try for top floors in the future. Pool was great (temperature, size, and poolside seating area), we enjoyed letting our kids play there to run the last of their energy out before bedtime. And the hot breakfast was well organized and delicious. Not large table seating (mostly small round tables with couches) but they did have a high chair. All in all we enjoyed our stay, it is close to the mall and lots of chain restaurants. We will stay again if we are ever in the area in the future.

We stayed here, as a family of five, for 4 nights. We really appreciated the location of the hotel, that our room was large/spacious and clean, the great customer service, and great pricing.
We would definitely consider staying here again, should we be in the area.

Clean, lots of space. Breakfast, gym, pool & outside grill are amazing.

Lovely room. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. No gross smells. Friendly staff. Decent coffee and breakfast. Large shower, no tub. I liked that you need your room key to use the elevator. I think the only complaint I had was that the bathroom door is in the barn door style which means the door slides over the bathroom opening rather than truly closing. This means sounds and smells are not contained to the bathroom. It also left a one inch gap that allowed for a clear few of anyone in the shower to be seen easily by someone passing by the bathroom door because the shower itself is clear glass, no curtains.

Hats off to the front desk who treated us with the best service. The Alternator on our car had to be replaced and they helped us find a mechanic to fix it. Also they were very friendly. Hoping to return next year with a large group.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The front desk was very courteous and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be looking for this hotel brand whenever we travel. Lastly, this hotel is in a great location. It’s near a lot of restaurants and shops.

Stayed one night with wife and 2 daughters. The atmosphere and decor of Home2 takes some getting used to, but the rooms and facilities were spotless and the staff was friendly. Good complimentary breakfast. 20 minutes from the Cincinnati Riverfront and easy to find—right off I-71. Highly recommended.

Check-in was fast and simple, the desk staff was friendly. Our room was clean and well stocked. There were hot and cold breakfast selections, as well as breakfast that you could grab and go. The buffet staff kept everything well stocked despite the hotel being fully booked. Hot coffee and tea 24/7 too. The pool was clean and well kept. And there was a nice little outdoor seating area with a fire pit.

Overall experience was good. Clean room. Clean hotel. The card use at the elevator makes a great security feature.
The sliding bathroom door is not a great choice. It does not isolate sound or odors. Coming into the room you can see in the bathroom trough the crack and with the help of the mirror you can see in the shower. The bathroom fan doesn’t work.
Even though it might sound funny but the coffee you provide is very good.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff=Amazing. Pool is awesome. Outside by the fire was awesome! Room was out of the world. A full kitchen with dishes ! In the room there was so many plugs. Beds were amazing. Breakfast was the cherry on top!!

This is our "go to" hotel when visiting the Cincinnati area. It is always competitively priced. well maintained, has excellent front desk service and it's location off of I-75 is convenient.

When we walked in it looked and smelled clean, there were multiple staff cleaning everytime we left the room, the staff was very nice and always got us what we needed, they have a good variety of food for breakfast and always kept it clean and stocked. I definitely recommend this hotel.
