I have been going here for months now! This gym was the first gym I have ever genuinely gone to and stayed with. As a pretty amateur gym goer who had lots of anxiety especially within a workout space, I LOVE this gym! The owners are super friendly and you tend to see a lot of the same faces. Have not had one bad experience with any staff or members! Made it so much easier to be able to get into the groove and become comfortable with being in a gym. They have everything you could ever need on top of being very clean and tidy. The 24hr availability too is amazing especially since I tend to come after I get off work to finish out my day. Best gym ever!

Great gym and great gym staff. Vince and the rest of the trainers & staff are a great help and super positivity to all members. Never have to wait a long time to grab a machine or the free weights. Highly recommend.

Honestly the best gym in town. Has plenty of equipment. Went during the busy early evening hours and had no issues getting in a good workout in. Also love that it’s 24/7!!! Everyone there is friendly and all positive vibes.

Shorewood fitness is outstanding. This gym accommodates all fitness levels. And has the personal atmosphere to keep you coming back. And for those of us, who are hardcore gym fanatics, then Shorewood fitness is the place, equipment setup, is highly accessible for high intensity training and super sets as well as giant sets. No waiting to use the equipment!!!!

Best gym around! Vince is also a great personal trainer! IFBB Pros train here but so do everyday people who want to improve overall health. It's a great atmosphere.

All the essential equipment you could want. Open 24 hrs. The management keeps it smelling sterile. Price is right for the 24 hr access and the sheer amount of equipment is impressive and growing. I've been going regularly since January '22.
June ‘23 update: I’m still coming to this gym regularly. They’ve gotten a lot of new equipment since I’ve started coming. It’s nice to have new toys to play with to keep me engaged.

Great gym to workout at, open 24 hrs so it’s perfect for any work schedule. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful for anything you need or don’t know. Have to give it a try!

First time ever going here. Drove all the way from lasalle and I have to say this place is incredible. When I first walked in I was greater so kindly by so many people. The owner is a top notch dude and a great person. The equipment is some of the best and the atmosphere is perfect to get you into that headspace to get a great workout in.

Well-kept gym, plenty of equipment, and truly open 24-hours.

I'd love some noise padding or a better sound system to deal with the wide open room, but it's a minor nitpick and I'm happy with the gym.

Highly recommend this gym. Family feel there. I like to say that this is the “Cheers” of gyms. Weather you are looking for cardio, free weights, machines, or personal training they’ve got it all.

Went on a guest pass with my buddies just the other day while I was in town. The gym had tons of variety and I got a sick pump, will definitely go back when I'm in town
