Best Western Inn Florence

Came in the hotel at 11pm. Was greeted at the front desk by a gentleman named Nick. This guy went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I needed a hotel that offered breakfast at 6am on a Sunday and this hotel does. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and when I went out at 5:55am to leave for work another gentleman said breakfast was ready and turned the lights on. Breakfast was very good as well. I was very impressed with the price. Saved some money by making reservation online. I will definitely stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised at the Florence Best Western. For the price of the room it was comfy and clean. Mind you not pristine like a 4 or 5 star hotel, but not disgusting or dirty like many places out there. The breakfast was amazing. Huge variety. Sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, breads, bagels, and fresh fruit to name a few items. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

This is a nice place. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and the waffles were good. The people who cleaned the room took great pride in doing a great job. They were very helpful. It was a great place to stay in order to visit the city and other attractions in the area. It wasn't overcrowded, located near some car dealerships, but it wasn't noisy, just a good place to get some sleep between seeing the sights.

Best Western is very affordable, clean place to stay. They have a great breakfast with fresh fruit. We had a little price issue what was emailed to us and what we were charge. Any on night shift is wonderful employee.

Breakfast had several options and had hot breakfast as well. Was just a quick stop for some rest. Sketchy motels across the street and the Best Western has a small parking lot. Got in late and had to park across the street.

We were looking for a place between our 2 destination points and have always had a good experience with Best Western. They only had a room that was out of our price range. My wife remembered that we had a membership but did not have the card. They checked my email and found it. They were able to give us a discount that made the room affordable for us. We booked 3 nights and stayed in a comfortable room with a king-sized bed and jacuzzi. The hot breakfast was awesome. Coffee, fruit, and cookies in the lobby 24 hours a day. We were very pleased with the accommodations and enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay the night. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was nice. Fresh fruit and hot food options. There’s a pool. Rates are good.

Pleasant place to stay and Nick was very kind, professional, and helpful. I truly appreciate him.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, especially "Jean". She went out if her way to see that you had an enjoyable experience. Great breakfast selections with a hot breakfast. I extremely appreciate that the front desk put down that I was gluten intolerant. They gave me a gluten free breakfast sandwich and muffin that were very good. Thank you staff for a clean room and sweet hospitality. We will stay here again.

Only stayed for a night on the way through, but great clean rooms and great staff. Good breakfast too!

Great centralized location with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They have lemonade and fruit in the lobby every day. Cookies were offered over the weekend which my kids loved. My only negative comment would be their pet fee is high $30 a night per pet.

Nick at the front desk is always so nice! Made our trip so much easier after such a long drive. Thank you so much !!! Will definitely recommend.

Being a truck driver, it's hard to find a decent hotel at a good price last-minute, but I'm sure glad I stumbled upon this place on the way to Cincinnati!
The staff is extremely welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the assortment of hot breakfast (yes, REAL breakfast) available for free in the morning. Eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy, waffles, etc
And best of all.. under $100 a night? Wow!
I will definitely return the next time around and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone coming through.

First one to greet me was Nick. He was amazing. I came in with a problem and he was more than happy to help me. Check in was easy. Rates were great. Had a room that allowed for my dog. Room was very nice, bed extremely comfortable. The smell in the room could have been a little better, but being able to have my precious pet it was fine. The breakfast was very good as well. Would definitely stay here again. And again thank you so much to Nick for all his kindness and help!

The manager, Kary, went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. She printed out directions. She made reservations for us.

It was a great hotel and if we get down that way again, would stay again.
Clean rooms, a full breakfast, an outside pool and most of the stall were very helpful.
Being close to the airport, there was not any airplane noise once you were in the hotel.
It's right off I 75 and convenient to get to.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was perfectly clean (I checked down to the mattress cover and everything was fresh!). The location is also very conveniently located with easy access to Cincinnati or the nearby mall area with plenty of food options.

Random, but I LOVED the pillows on our bed. I genuinely want one for myself. As a stomach sleeper, most pillows are too stiff and I end up sleeping without one. But the pillows at this Best Western were so soft and fluffy. Between the pillows and the ultra-comfy mattress, I slept like a baby.

First let me say that the customer service is amazing. All the staff are super sweet and helpful. The rooms are really clean and the beds are super comfortable. They even serve hot breakfast, that is actually yummy. I’d definitely recommend to friends and family.

We needed a place off the interstate, this was a pleasant surprise. Felt very cozy and great service
