This is an excellent bunch of folks, very friendly. They're honest and they do really good work at fair prices. I would highly recommend. I've never seen any high-pressure tactics trying to get costumers to commit to repairs they don't really need. (I hate that it's true, but this is very important, especially as a single woman. They don't talk down at women or talk in circles.)

I took my car in for an oil change and these men took the best care of me and my car. They noticed a tire was in horrible condition and helped me with getting a different one put on. They treated me with such kindness and generosity as I stood there crying, not realizing how bad my tire was. I was lucky to have made it to the shop for them to help! They were caring and informative and just all around great people. Highly recommend Mark’s, I’ll be sticking with them for good!

I've taken a coupe vehicles to get misc. work done and I'm always 100% satisfied with the work and cost. Best auto repair shop I've found in 40 years IMO.

I have dealt with these folks on more than one occasion. Every time I have gone I have found no issue. Its a small shop, it is apparent that they like the work they do, they were friendly, make sound suggestions, and charge fairly. I dropped off my vehicle this morning and they gave me a ride to work! They finished the work in the time they said they would... In my experiences with techs/ mechanics, they provide good service. I don't think I would change anything about their shop. Advice before you get maintenance or engine repair done there, don't judge a book by its cover and don't shop for mechanics by the first review you read... Down the road they will be rated again. 10/13/15

Marks automotive has been working on my cars for over 15 years and I have never once been dissatisfied with my service. I'm grateful for a mechanic I can trust and know it's been done right. I highly recommend Mark's automotive,they always treat you right. I had fuel issue and they figured out it was NOT the fuel pump itself. They found the problem, fixed it and made sure I would not have this problem again. If you want good old fashion expertise and service call Mark's automotive I am certainly glad I did!!

My daughter needed a new alternator in her car. He looked at it the same day and replaced it. They were very friendly and reasonably priced. We were very happy.

Hands down! Marks automotive is the best in central Illinois! They are really kind and professional which is always a plus and they got done with my car in no time like quicker than I expected!!!! I really felt like I was family there and from now on I will bring every vehicle I have to marks

Mark's Automotive in Bartonville, Illinois is a great place to take your vehicle for service! I recently took my car there to check a loose rattle in the front end, and Mark's staff found out that my front sub frame was broken. I took my car a number of places before that, and no one else found this defect.

I also took a different vehicle there to find an A/C leak, and Mark's staff found a leak in the rear A/C line.

Mark always strives to find the problem, and his prices are VERY reasonable!

We were here yesterday for our brakes and they did amazing work I would recommend coming here we will surly be back for more business

Its my uncles shop he a very good mechanic when I get my car thats who I'm taking it to cause I don't trust anyone to do any mechanical stuff unless its him. There are all friendly there and treat you with respect. I will always send people there cause its a good business.. Love ya uncle mark
