Unfortunately they are going out of business. I always liked being able to use the 20% off coupon. The new membership program gives you 20% off your entire purchase every time, even on things that didn't allow it before (like Breville products.) I will most definitely still be shopping this store online and using those discounts because it makes things much cheaper than anywhere else. I'll definitely miss being able to shop online and pickup at the store in an hour though.

My favorite store, next to a great craft store. This place has everything ! Sweet people. Happy faces all over. Very helpful. They are a bit pricey but their products are quality. We love shopping here for all of our storage needs! Great selection of storage for every room!

Parking lot Pickup worked out beyond perfect. This company is a gem. Shop when you can.

I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Trish, who managed to help me in 10 minutes when numerous people on the phone help lines spent hours NOT helping me. So I can't thank you enough! This store is laid out very nice. You can see almost everything from just walking the main isles through the store. I would love to have almost 1 of everything from this store! Staff is very helpful and will even check online for you if they don't have something you're asking for in the store. I LOVE that they provide free gift wrapping at the self serve wrapping station. It saves that extra step of getting wrapping paper, ribbons, etc.

I really do love this store. So my company was having an event, and I wanted to make sandwiches for my drivers, but I knew my knives were old and I needed a knife to easily cut bread and one to make cutting vegetables with ease. I easily found a staff member to assist me and he was very knowledgeable in his field, he asked me some questions, and then showed me my choices, and gave his recommendations. I now have an excellent bread cutting knife and insanely awesome knife when I need to cut vegetables. He also showed me some cutting boards, and told me the best one, which I bought, this cutting board weights like 20 lbs. (exaggeration). I've never gone into this store and walked out empty handed, they've always had what I needed.

I went in today after dealing with a nightmare for an online order from a third party vendor that delivered a defective product. Bob, the manager was EXTREMELY helpful. He took the time to listen and understand what happened. I really appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.

I called to see if they had a bamboo sushi mat roller. The very helpful gentleman I spoke with on the phone said that they did not have them in the store. However, he offered a suggestion to try using their bamboo place setting mat instead (which was on sale) because I was having no luck finding any sushi making tools locally. I took his suggestion and it worked great!! ...for a lot less! Thank you!!

These stores are great. A little pricey, but I know I'm getting something of high quality when I come here. I often leave with more than I'd planned on buying!

Staff was very helpful, little pricey but competitive. (Online coupons 👍) bought multiple items, 1 was not in stock. Shipping to my home at no cost. Did this once before had item in 2 days

Well organized, didn't have many sales reps to ask where things were, but rep at the register answered my question while ringing someone out, love that they can multitask!!

I recently went in with my fiancé to begin our wedding registry and the staff was absolutely wonderful!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind and ready to jump in to answer any questions for us!! We were so grateful!!

These places always get me , never realized how specific you could get designing your home pallet , bed sheets , towels , pillows , comforter sets , home goods , bath products , and any other thing you could possibly think of to go inside a house. Beware!!! Signing up for their email list is like that friend that calls you thirty times a day... they never don't have a deal or something special on advertisement

The staff here is polite. I was looking for a microwave for my new apartment and Beth was incredibly patient with me even though I was very indecisive. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Didnt find what I was looking for but didnt find it at 10 other stores either , but the customer service here was exceptionally great ,
The one girl tried to look it up on their web site , thank you , and she walked over to look for it on shelfs to verify I didnt miss it. Thank you girls for your profesional courteous help

My wife and I always get a deal if you know what you want. Great on helping you what you need or looking for. Never had a problem returning something.

Although there was a slight technical delay printing the registry I was looking for, the two team members who assisted me were very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
